Travis and Zach answered a call to my home as my husband had potentially fractured his hip. I could not have asked for more calm, reassuring, professional and human paramedics. They were amazing!! In health care all we hear about are the complaints and what needs to happens, people and human caring and compassion has been lost. It is just as important or even more so to recognize persons in the health care industry who really do care and are real health heros. In today's society everyone is a number, or a broken this or that, or the one with mental health issues....but behind these issues are real people with names and showing kindness and respect is so important. Both Travis and Zach showed this to me and my husband in how they cared for both of us. Thank you for all you do!
