I got glasses from this place Under a year ago and they’re already broken…. From what I can tell when I used to work in a glass place, they sold me A low brand pair and took $600 from my church… My glasses are my life and I would never go back to this place or I would never recommend for anyone to go back here because they just sell you cheap Frames and keep the money for themselves. I would like to also mention that these glasses in the next photo are my old pair and they’re a brand name named Kate Spade and before that I had Ray-Ban’s, so I don’t understand why somebody would take $600 and then offer me something like this….. It’s not even a brand name and it’s definitely cheap ass frames ….
I hope this lady feels good about steals money from the church….. I worked for a glasses place and I know the cost of frames like this….

If you are looking just to get an eye test and pick up some new glasses go somewhere else.
If you are looking for a place that will take extremely good care of you, perform your eye exam with the utmost technology, explain the findings, answer all your questions and then take all the time you need to choose the proper lenses and frames so that you are 100% satisfied - then this is the place to come ! Dr. Stewart, Joanne and all the rest of the crew are the best there is !
We have been coming here for many years now, continue to be their customer and would recommend this location.

I had an AMAZING experience today at FYI Doctors in Bracebridge. The entire team was so personable and knowledgeable. They made getting an eye exam fun and provided some great recommendations to help me pick the best glasses for my needs. Thank you so much to Dr Stewart and the rest of the team!

I am a disabled veteran on ODSP. I have full coverage for vision care through my benefits. Despite this FYI is demanding a co-payment of $80 before they will fill my prescription. I am on a fixed income which after rent and child support leaves me with $131 a month to live on. FYI is gouging poor disabled people for profit. This is immoral and should be illegal. It is a reprehensible practice and needs to be made known to the public

I don’t think I’ve had this much fun at a doctors office like this in a long time! I would 100% recommend this place over anywhere else.

The staff was very accommodating and kind, and the doctor was also very down to earth. She made me laugh my butt off and she provided me with so much medical expertise in her field. My husband and I are very impressed with this clinic 🙂 and I would go back here any day

I visited FYIdoctors in Bracebridge and as I sat in the exam chair, I told Dr. Jessica Stewart that I didn't want to be blinded by a bright white light during the eye exam and then 10 minutes later she was blinding me with a bright white light. I thought that Doctors are suppose to do no harm, meanwhile the Doctor blinded when I was sitting in her exam chair, even though I told her not to blind me, so I will never return to this Doctor ever again.

I found the optometrist & the person who did my eye scan to be friendly & professional.
That said, I will not be returning based on the high pressure sales tactics and the poor selection of very overpriced eyewear.
If you are a fan of this nice optometrist then I highly suggest that you get your prescription from her (you’ll likely have to ask) & take it elsewhere if you’d like to save $300+ on glasses.
