Brand new home build with well-established contractor. Met with Peter in showroom, wonderful experience. Once installed, several casement windows needed adjusting - took weeks/months to get them here to adjust them. Had a sliding glass door that never worked, painful to get them out to fix and when arrived, disinterested and dismissive that the latch system seemed finicky. For the price, it is certainly disheartening to not have the customer service after installation that we had hoped for.

A disappointing experience. As we only needed 3 windows and 1 door replaced, perhaps it wasn't worth their while, however on March 27th we met with Pete in the showroom and we liked the Series 400. After leaving measurements, we were told George would call us with an estimate in 1 to 2 weeks, after which Al would come by for final measurements & provide the firm quote. By April 26th when we still hadn't heard from George, we decided this wasn't the company for us, I'm certainly not about to chase somebody so I can give them my business if they can't even follow through on an estimate request. We chose another company who showed us respect and did what they said they would do. Oh yes, it's the end of November and George still hasn't called.

I went in to the showroom, talked to someone about which windows would suit our needs. I gave them measurements, and I was told I would get a quote in a couple of days. A couple weeks went by and I checked in - they said tomorrow. I never received a quote or any communication after that. Very frustrating and a waste of my time and energy.

We recently had the team fit completely new windows and doors to a log home, I was very nervous about any damage to the logs because once damaged they are almost impossible to repair. What a professional team, the care and attention to remove them was first class, each night the house was cleaned and tidy before they left. Upon refitting, the care and attention required to ensure the floating fitment was correct was also first class, the carpentry work to build the casings was a work of art, then fit all the windows casing inside and out even had the neighbours asking to take a look, thats the level of quality they delivered. Absolutely brilliant workmanship and very professional team, truly a great job!!

These are Covid-crazy times for all Muskoka home improvements and these folks are struggling to keep up with high volumes of business. We ordered windows in Sept 2020 and got them installed in June, 2021. Price was competitive. It was worth the wait! Their main strength is their people. We did not meet anyone who was not professional and a pleasure to deal with: Randy, Rob, Penny, Jayson and Chuck to name a few. We ordered three windows and a slider for an older cottage without a square angle to be seen and these folks made it work. Yes, it took a few visits but the E3 glass has made a huge difference in cutting down heat. One complaint is the oversize handles on the Ostaco slider limits the screen door opening. Some stray silicone on the glass was removed by Riley. We just had Al out to measure up 5 more windows and can't wait (actually we can wait) to see the improvement. Update: May 2022. Addl windows have been installed including a tricky side-by-side DH situation which required a new post and header. It's actually strengthened the entire wall. Great work, Sean! Highly Recommended.

After 14 years the rollers on my Anderson sliding patio door seemed to have worn out. No surprise as it's the main door in our home. It was a nice day to take a country back road drive from Huntsville to Bracebridge and when I arrived they were waiting for me to take home and install.
