We just had our canner in this morning.
Service and all was fantastic, it was well wrapped and everything I arrived as they said it would.
L'equipement que j'ai commande est arrive ce matin exactement comme promis, bien emballe et tout. Les instructions en francais inclues. Tout en bonne condition.
I would gladly do business again with them if ever I had an important and expansive kitchen tool addition in the future as all went so smoothly.
Je vais de bon gre refaire affaire avec ces gens si j'ai besoin de leur services dans le futur, comme tout c'est TRES bien passer.

Commandé une pièce le 16 décembre 2023 le paiement est passé sur ma carte de crédit et envoyer 2 email pour savoir quand je vais recevoir ma pièce et pas reçu de réponse… Avoir su que c’était si long j’aurais commandé sur Amazon

Dropped off my broken mixer for repair. It was returned in the same condition as I dropped it off but was slathered in oils and continues not to work. They also damaged my brand new pasta maker attachment in the process

Terrible service. It took them ages to fix my coffee machine (it seems that they were waiting for some parts, but it took weeks). On the day when I picked up my “fixed” coffee machine and got home I realized that they partially fixed the initial issue but this time steaming wasn’t working (before their service it worked fine). They agreed to fix the issue under the warranty. It took other couple of weeks and eventually they messaged me “we cannot fix the new issue”. Suggested a refund , but only for the cost of parts and labour, but not for 50$ deposit as it’s “not refundable amount in any case”. Even if the new issue occurs. Even if they broke my machine.
Now I have a broken coffee machine that has another issue thanks to their “professional services”.
Do not waste time and find a more reliable service.

P.s. the only good thing about this place is a receptionist.

They charge too much deposit. If it ends up with not worth repair, you pay $50 for nothing.

Mom and pop type place that did a great job fixing my Kitchenaid stand mixer. Friendly service from people who seemed appreciative of my understanding the job could be a while to complete. I would easily return here for any future service.

Purchased my espresso machine here a number of years ago and recently phoned to have it serviced. The lady I spoke with on the phone/dealt with at the front was WONDERFUL; very informative, clear, concise information and polite to boot, and I got the same great treatment when I arrived to drop the machine off. I was even told that because I purchased the machine at their store it would be given priority over machines that were purchased elsewhere. Love the loyalty to your customers, guys!

The pricing was clear, they emailed a quote before proceeding, as my total repair cost was over the basic amount where they just fix it without contacting you, which I was made aware of when I dropped the machine off.

I would be STOKED to purchase any other small appliances or kitchen gadgets from their store.

Cannot recommend highly enough!
