During Canada Day long weekend, we went to Johnson canyon. My battery showed issues indicating I had to change it. I went to CanadianTire in Canmore and they just show their fangs wanting to take advantage of my situation. First they said the “only available time was for the next Friday (we were on Saturday); second “they can sell me the battery so I can change it by my own. This for me was viable except that those abusive wanted to sell me the tools. I decided to go to call Napa and they not only offered my a wide variety of battery that fit my car’s requirements but also offer me their in house tools so that I could change it right on their parking lot. I want to say that this is the truly Canadian spirit, fairness and solidarity. Something that the low value Canadian tire’s worker lack of.

Customer service is alive and well at this Napa location. I regret not getting the name of the young man that helped me. I walked in and asked if they would do a load test on the battery of my Jeep and it was no problem at all. (Even though I was wearing a Lordco jacket…) After a few minutes in the parking lot I had the info I needed and could carry on. Thanks again for the great service!

Way overpriced!!! They have like 500% markup. Even compared to napa in calgary. Prices for aftermarket parts are twice the amount of oem parts

Horrible customer service. Needed to get back to Edmonton, said they would get the part in and would call me when it arrived. Never got a call but went there and asked for it. I needed a pulley installer kit which they had, but didn’t sell me so I had to walk back again. The first pulley they sold me had a chip in it, which could have ended up being very dangerous driving back. They asked no questions or offered to make sure I had everything I’d need. The sign on the door says “we wear masks” but when you walk in nobody in that store wore one until more than 4 people were in the store at once. Both counter service people looked like they didn’t want to be there, and had no idea what parts I was asking for. I do not recommend this napa to anybody in Canmore

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Napa oil filter there a few months ago and when I called to see if I could return it the person I spoke to basically said I need a proof of purchase “because it could be a stolen” filter. Not sure I could track a receipt it but if that’s the starting point of trust of customers of this dealer then I no longer wish to purchase from them. Not everyone keeps their receipts.

Very helpful staff based on my experience. He tried his best to get the price down on some lug nuts and it was pretty reasonable pricing in the end. I’ll be back to NAPA in Canmore. Thanks fellas.
