Ben's customer service efforts were outstanding for me earlier today when I came in to buy some car parts and get help with a hydraulic jack. He gave me lots of his time, he showed that he really cared about helping me as his customer and he totally knocked it out of the park with helping me get what I needed. A great shop with terrific people working there. Thanks very much!

Went in to the store today and had an absolutely amazing experience.
I had a mess of hydraulic lines and fittings and specials sizes that needed to be fitted up in certain ways. Tricky job.
This store was recommend to me and I can honestly say it was the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Huge thank you to your employee Sam for all of the hard work he did for me! Then helped out on final cost. Amazing experience.
I live in millarville and can honestly say I will be ordering from this Napa from now on

Went in looking for a NAPA branded sticker or cap for my 6yr old Halloween costume. Not only was a cap available, but the manager gifted to him. Good for the community. Next time I need parts, I won't be so quick to go to the big box alternative. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff. They're also not a corporate store so you're actually supporting the local guy. Slightly better pricing than NAPA stores, and they seem to stock less readily available items. Sometimes worth the drive out to get the part if you want to get ice cream too.

NapaCochrane is always excellent, but this time, Sam went above and beyond to help me with my wiper blades, which were giving me issues even after changing and putting in the most expensive ones.
I highly recommend.

Super friendly employees, good prices. Being a car enthusiast I come in here almost weekly. However there is one employee who gets my order wrong almost %100 of the time, and doesn't seem to care about customers at all. Being a regular I know who to wait for but I would hate for new or one time customers to get this gentleman. I've spoken with many of my enthusiast friends and I am not the only one with this opinion, either way thanks and keep up the good work to everyone else!
