One price marked on shelf, much higher price at checkout. Manager very rude and would not honor their marked price. Lost our company business of many years for about $10.00 total due to his arrogance. We would have paid the higher price if he and the staff had handled things better. A few classes in public relations would certainly help this guy. Stay away if you have other options.

There's a couple of staff members there that are really good. Others well not so much. Our company spends a fair chunk of their repair budget there. After today, I'm sure they won't be seeing much of that budget any longer. Pretty sad they are willing to throw 20 to 30 grand out the window, over an hr.

I was travelling through Edson and needed to buy some windshield cleaner. I dealt with a young man named Brad. My service experience was more like what I would expect at a good hotel in a big city than the typical “parts guy” experience that one usually has at auto parts store.

Brad selected the brand (Gunk window cleaner) that he uses himself and explained why it’s his choice. This was a next level buying experience. What a great stopover!

I called ahead, they had the part I needed and put it aside for me, (5/5 for that) someone else helped me at the counter and started giving the person who spoke with me on the phone "a hard time". I was disappointed with the unprofessional razzing. Keep it in the break room... or better yet, treat eachother with professional courtesy 🙄
