Rudest customer service I have ever had. Gananoque location, I dont know if independent owner or not but someone needs to teach basic manners. I called today May 8th to ask about a battery for my truck. When the staff informed me they had one & cost I stated it seemed high for a battery. As I attempted to inquire if perhaps my vehicle required a special type of battery this staff person spoke over me stating"well you will have to go somewhere else then to buy your cheap battery, we don't do cheap here!" I usually dont do reviews but this needed to be done. My child was in the car (handsfree call) & even at their age knew that wasn't appropriate. Very disgusting & disrespectful.

Parts not come in when told. Then when they came in it was not what I expected. Plus I had to remind them to order the rest of my orded 3 times.
3 wasted trips to nappa. And I was over charged for a product that he said he gave me a deal on.
