Outstanding reception at the front desk at the hospital (Mrs Campbell). She recognized my French accent and directed in French. Wow! Impressed from the moment I stepped in. Then met with Dr Ben Isserlin. Outstanding. Excellent in explaining me what I had, what were the options and the risks in a way that I could understand. He inspired confidence. I will follow his recommendations. Merci for the excellent service. I don't love going to hospitals. If I have to, Winchester Hospital is my preferred choice.

Unfortunately I’ve had to switch doctors.I signed up with Dr De Moissac when he first came to Chesterville.I was always pleased with him, however in the last 2-3 years every time I make an appt with him I end up with either his wife who is very unfriendly or his assistant. I expressed my concerns and subsequently when I made an appt I asked that I only see my doctor. He has been on paternity leave a couple of times now and once again I get pawned off to someone else. The last time I went I felt like just a number, they have a computer in the waiting room that tells you which room to go to, they can’t even have a nurse to take two minutes to come and guide you or welcome you in. This clinic is getting very impersonal for a small town clinic.

I've been going to this clinic for 30 years, since I was a child. There used to be a rude receptionist many years ago at the old office, so I appreciate all their current receptionists so so much! They are so joyful and courteous, it is really refreshing! You don't feel like you're bothering them when you call! They pick up quickly when you call and they are so helpful and will do everything to help you! The nurses are also very pleasant and professional. As for my family doctor, I've never once doubted him. He's always been very helpful and explains everything in ways I can easily understand. I am very fortunate to have such amazing health care! The new clinic location is very spacious, clean, nice and modern.

Dr LeBrun has been simply outstanding, I always feel heard and never rushed. Extra kudos for going the extra mile in researching and verifying the Service Dog requirements I requested.
Amy and Shelly are very personable receptionists as those who fill in and all the nurses whom I've met.

The clinic is clean and comfortable, the staff are polite and friendly. We have been well taken care of so far!

Dr. Legault is by far the best family doctor I have ever had. Everyone working at this office is always friendly and caring, so much so that I drive all the way from downtown Ottawa to be their patient. I dare say any of these people giving it 1 star must be the problems themselves.

Ive been a patient of the clinic now fow over two years even though i need to drive from Ottawa to my appointments primary care physisicians are top notch and are excellent in getting abck to you beyond appointment times via their proprietary communication system all in all excellent staff and facility
