I recently bought a Jura J8 from National Cappuccino, and the experience was outstanding. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. First thing is first, Steve, Jackie and Jim at the National Cappuccino in Calgary, were wonderful to work with. They are also very kind, friendly and caring people, they truly care about their customers, especially to someone like me who was there for the first time looking for a brand new espresso machine. Did I mention how remarkably knowledgeable they are? Yes, this is very true. I wasn't in the market for a new espresso machine until our first and only Saeco machine since 2011 finally retired. I really didn't know much about what's in store for me next but I did do quite a bit of research which landed me at National Cappuccino to see the La Marzocco Linea Mini vs. Micra. With the help of Steve, Jackie and Jim, we went with a White La Marzocco Linea Mini and since the day we left the store with her, we have never looked back. The Mini was the best purchase since our laser machines Cutera Excel HR & InmodePro, the Mini is amazing and makes amazing espresso, lattes etc. The steam wand is unmatched to what we had before with the Saeco, and the espresso - AMAZING!!! I cannot comment on the Edmonton location, as we are from Calgary, and only been to the Calgary location, and the space is very spacious, clean and beautifully displays of their machines. They even have an espresso station/bar/area where a candy cane commercial La Marzocco machine is set up to make FRESH espressos for you to try, along with coffee beans they carry in store. We are very thankful to Steve for taking the time to train us on our Mini - this is very appreciative and should not go unnoticed. When Steve had to walk away for minutes here and there, Jim would step in answering questions etc. and Jackie aways checking in to say, hi, - super nice!!
