I contacted National Home Health Care because my mother in law had a tumble. I wanted to see if I could make her life easier during her healing process. I tell you, I was never so impressed with the care and compassion I received dealing with Rachel. She listened to my concerns and said they could order in what I needed if they didn't have it on hand. What a refreshing experience.

I have been dealing with Diana and all the team here over 10 yrs now. They have been very accommodating, professional, pleasant during all the times I've needed to rent. Delivery service is excellent as well!
But a special shout out to Diana, who went above and beyond this past year helping me out with the equipment I needed to rent. She was very understanding and helped Mr out emensly both with my physical, mental and emotional well being!

Diana was wonderful! I purchased an ice machine in October and it worked well for 4 months. I had to use it again in May and the machine leaked water and wasn’t working properly. When I called to find out how to get it fixed, we found out that there was only a 6 month warranty and the machine was 1.5 months beyond the warranty. . Diana contacted the supplier and the supplier replaced the machine even though it was after the warranty. This is exceptional customer service, both from National Home Health and the supplier of the machine. More businesses should strive for this level of customer service. Thank you very much!

Staff here over the top with their expertise and their friendliness to prompt service is unbelievable. I’ve had nothing but great service. I’ve been dealing with this Location on Weber St., East in Kitchener for the past seven or eight years now no complaints five star across-the-board

I encountered multiple calls where I had to address inquiries that had already been resolved. There seemed to be a lack of organization from the manager's end. I was repeatedly asked about the availability of the hospital bed post-surgery, despite the uncertainty surrounding recovery timelines. Regardless of whether the bed is located at my residence or another's, it is evident that profits are being generated. It would be beneficial for this company to retain their equipment at the client's premises until the completion of their services. This would limited the moving of products that other staff have to do.

Buyer Beware: This store is more concerned about making a sale than they are about listening to or taking care of customers’ needs.
We were referred to National Home Health by Waterloo Wellington Home and Community care to purchase a brand of walker my father had gotten accustomed to as a loaner.
When he visited National Home Care, they told him the walker he came for was not available and sold him a different brand that they had in stock (forgetting to explain it was missing features that he needed and the one he wanted was not in stock but could be ordered in).
When my father used the alternative walker that was sold to him and found it unsafe and unsuitable for him within two days of use, we were told by the staff and management of National Home Care that there was nothing they would do to replace it, as anything taken out of their store was considered used and they will not exchange it. (They literally told me it’s like a used car. Once you take out of the store, they won’t take it back. Besides, they’d already billed the province and were no longer interested in helping us.
My 80 yr old terminally ill father was essentially sold a unit that National Staff knew was not suitable for him, and then staff and management refused to acknowledge or fix the problem.
Save your money and get better service by shopping anywhere but here.
I would rate a zero for honesty, customer service and pricing at this retailer if I could.
