I recently had the pleasure of receiving great customer service from National Seating & Mobility when purchasing a walker. George was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly when dropping off the walker to my home. He took the time to explain all the features and benefits of the walker and made sure I felt comfortable using it & even helped me bring in my recycling bins before he left. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend National Seating & Mobility for all mobility aid needs.

The staff always takes care of me whenever I need something fixed with my wheelchair. George, Evan, and Mike always do such a great job when asked. The phone staff always communicates information in a very thorough manner. Their reliability is so ever comforting for a disabled person when my equipment needs fixing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My family member needed an update on her wheelchair cushion and backrest. After contact was made via the OT with National Seating and Mobility they quickly assessed the needs, efficiently arranged for trials of various backrests and seat cushions, made adjustments, communicated effectively and even gave a discount on the product. It was an easy and speedy process to get my family member comfortable and happy in their wheelchair which leads to better mobility. The friendly staff were available via email and phone to discuss the products, needs, and billing. I thank them all for putting a smile back on my family member’s face.

Over the years I've had to go all over areas of Vancouver and surrounding areas for equipment for my disabilities. I've visited over a dozen medical equipment suppliers. I called National Seating and had Kristin Phillips help me out. She went above and beyond to help me meet my needs. I suffer severe back pain. She was professional, accommodating, thoughtful and truly cared about my need to help relieve my pain. I am very grateful and appreciative of her help. In my experience with medical equipment suppliers, she was a person not out for just the company's needs, but to my needs as a disabled person. Which is rare. I needed to purchase a new wheelchair for my husband who was moving to a new care home in Vernon and needed his own chair. Karen who works at the North Van location was absolutely a gem. She made the experience super easy. She went above and beyond to help me choose the best option and get it ordered. She was a super communicator and so kind and efficient. She also made arrangements to have the chair delivered to Vernon. The staff at the Vernon National Mobility were also amazing. Wanda, Mike and Wayne were all very helpful and friendly. My husband is happy and comfortable which is what I wanted. 🙂

I needed a wheelchair and so my OT arranged for Steve to come and show me a couple of models and to test drive them so that we could choose the best option possible. He was so respectful, polite and kind. At no time or are there any high pressure sales tactics used. He came out a second time to help me determine what type of cushioning would be necessary. He was super helpful with getting written estimates so I could secure funding and once I had funding, he arrange for direct billing to my extended insurance so that I never saw bill. He came back a third time with my OT to deliver my chair and to make the final adjustments so that I would be comfortable. I have every confidence that the Quantum 6 power chair will serve me well for years to come. I would highly recommend Steve and his company to anybody who needs a mobility aide. He really cares about the clients he serves which is evident in the way that he treats them. We are very lucky to have a business like this serving the disabled community in the Tri-Cities. Thank you Steve for everything you did. I am very grateful!

June 8, 2022: My joystick arm got loose, making it impossible to drive. I called them about it at 8:50am & they had a tech here to fix it for me at 11:30am. This is exceptional customer service I’ve come to expect from them. They are THE BEST!!

I can honestly say I have never been treated worse. I do not recommend this company. I am wheelchair-bound received a wheelchair from them three months ago the tire is flat. I am very disappointed they are under a two-year contract for repairs. Yet they are leaving me high and dry with a flat tire. Also for months I have been calling them About the raised toilet seat I received from them which two pieces snapped off of and fell into the toilet. I weigh 120 pounds there is no reason other than the product is malfunctioned and they are doing nothing to repair it. Attached are photos of the broken toilet and the flat tire leaving me a prisoner in my own home I am truly blown away at how poorly I am being treated.
The repair guys are very friendly and very helpful. Thank you I have upgraded my review.
