I worked for several government funded agencies over a period of almost a decade when I decided I could not handle the politics of it all anymore, the day I decided I wanted to leave the job I had at the time I just happened to see the Neighbourly Care car and I had never heard of them so I thought hey let’s look into that. I reviewed their website and talk to myself, there’s no way this is true. I didn’t believe that a company could have such a refreshing approach to home care but I thought well let’s try it and see. Here I am now 3 1/2 years later, still amazed by their approach. I have never worked for a company that values their employees as much as Neighbourly Care does. I have never worked for a company that understands that happy employees are what makes happy clients. They truly foster a work life balance and never make you feel bad if you cannot pick up a visit. They encourage you to build relationships with your clients which no other agency I’ve worked for ever has. They always show appreciation even for the little things. I always feel valued as an employee. I am so glad I saw that car that day and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to work for such an amazing company. If you are looking for a home care provider, Neighbourly Care is the way to go! If you are looking for an amazing job, neighbourly Care is the way to go!
