Not enough good things to say about the Neomo Team, especially Dr Chenard. Before even meeting me she heard a Veteran was without a Dr and called and called and called till finally I picked up. Above and beyond what any Dr has ever done for me. Everything a Doctor should be.

My experience with this clinic has shown that there are opportunities to improve communication and logistics. I was unable to book an appointment with my family doctor, both by phone and in person, and my emails went unanswered. To add insult to injury when I visited the walk-in clinic, I was directed to the old Prete Street location on Google, which has since moved but has not been updated.

With eight doctors on staff, investing in better patient communication and streamlining logistics could save time and energy for both patients and the clinic. This would make it easier for everyone to access the care they need without unnecessary delays or confusion. I hope these suggestions can contribute to a more efficient and effective patient experience.

I was 6th in queue on the phone and it took 1 hour to be answered. I think the receptionist should have additional training on the computer as well as on the services rendered, or, have 2 clerks answering phone calls. Your message states that bad behaviour will not be tolerated, what about your receptionists bad behavioir towards the patients My time is also valuable.

We have had the best medical experience ever in our lives with NEOMO. Best clinic setup. We have had to use the walk-in clinic many times and almost every time we were seen in our car. Love the 7 day a week walk in. We have never had to go to another walk-in since we started here and avoided several trips to the emergency department because we were seen at the clinic very quickly.
Wonderful staff! Our physician, Dr. P. Chenard is knowledgeable, kind and very caring. The other physicians are great. We have gotten to know the Physician Assistants, Amanda and Drew, very well and their care and expertise is excellent. We have been treated well by all the staff.
Because we are seniors, good medical care is essential to us. NEOMO is 5 stars. Thank you for your care.
