Only living here a few short years and was recommended to use. Neverest for our vehicles by some friends we are not disappointed. We have had a few issues with our vehicles and they were always accommodating very quickly to diagnose and fix our problems.

Outstanding service! Loaned my car to someone who had a serious issue with it upon arriving to Markdale on their first day of work. I called Neverest Auto after reading the great reviews. Mark was so understanding and offered to do a service call and drive my vehicle to the shop. The key was left at the parking gatehouse at lunchtime. To my surprise I received a call at 2:30 pm telling me that my vehicle was ready! They even delivered my car back to the location of pick up! All this during the busy season of tire changing. Thank you so much Mark. If I lived closer I would certainly become a regular customer.

I had a problem with the starter motor on my car and gave a call to Neverest Auto before having it towed there. Mark told me upfront that they were short staffed that day and to be honest might not be able to get it done straight away. I told him, that it was ok and I was getting my car towed there regardless. That was around 8:30am . Imagine my surprise getting a call at 2:00pm telling me that my car was repaired and ready to pick up. Very impressed with the service and glad I took my car there.🙂

These guys saved us! We were traveling from Owen Sound to Toronto on a Friday at 5pm and our back tire brakes seized up and we couldn't drive anywhere with our 4 kids and dog in the car..

They not only stayed late to help a family in need, but were able to order the right parts after hours on a Friday!! They were also very hospitable and friendly with our family.

This is the kind of small town shop that people need to support.
