I don't mind the doctors but reception is awful! I'm yet to find a new doctor, but I've felt this way since she was very rude about me being a few minutes late with a 3 day old baby. The doctor was understanding.

Poor service, they do not pick up their phone, and they don’t bother to find referrals for you. I suffered from post concussion syndrome for 8 months because of this. I live 2hrs away and this has been a huge inconvenience to go back and forth to travel because they refuse to do any phone calls (I know it was only supposed to be during Covid, but if it’s a 5 minute follow-up, I don’t understand why I have to drive 2hrs for it.) another thing to note is that I haven’t seen Dr.Parmar herself in almost 5 years. I’ve only seen her assistant, which is fine but when I request to speak with Parmar herself, I wish I actually could.

Horrible doctor and service. She should not be practicing. I went to see her for over a year and ended up in tears every time I left. That's 6 times. None of my health issues were dealt with, just testing with absolutely no follow up. The receptionist is very unprofessional too. Parmar threatened me personally by telling me to take down my previous review or she would stop being my doctor. She lied and kicked me out anyway.
Save yourself a great deal of upset and see anyone else that you can find.

4/5 ⭐'s because if u want to call to book an appointment i would do it early when they open at 9am, otherwise they seem to not answer their phone at reception.
Dr.Parmar and her team are so kind and understanding, they always make me feel at home and respected when i go in for checkups, bloodwork, etc. Needles are painless and clean. Good work all round.

Horrible service. Takes so long to book with the doctor. When you finally get in you see the doctors physician not even the doctor. I had an emergency and needed to be looked at during my child’s appointment and she blew me off, so unprofessional. Does not sympathize with patients at all. Not to mention they charge you if you cancel with short notice. Such a money grab as if these doctors don’t make enough!
