4-5 patients who arrived after us were seated before us. When we brought this up, we were told it was a computer glitch. Given how long wait times already are in Canada, it was a bit disappointing, but we get that mistakes happen. I have worked front desk in healthcare before, so I know how busy it can get.

I asked the front desk how many patients were ahead of us, and she responded, "not many" without asking his name or looking into his spot. After some clarification, the receptionist remembered us from earlier, sincerely apologized, and seated us right away. We appreciated her willingness to make things right. If you’re a walk-in patient, it may be helpful to keep track of your place in line, just in case.

That being said, Dr. Tabrizi provides excellent care. He is thorough, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. We are very thankful for him!

Amazing medical clinic. Our whole family switched to Dr. Tabrizi as our new family doctor, he has been nothing but wonderful. Kind, easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and professional. The girls that work reception are exceptional and very helpful if you treat them with the respect they deserve and not talk to them like you are an entitled “Karen” . They are doing a wonderful job and nothing less. Thank you guys.

Went there today to take in my daughter since it was suppose to be open till 8pm. When we walked in, the receptionist said the doctor left early at 5pm. I asked her for some help regarding another walk-in i can go to, she said just google it. It was rude and not caring at all. I luckily found a pleasant woman at the pharmacy that referred me to the pharmacist there. How helpful he was! I bought the meds he recommended and took my daughter to the side and gave her the meds. The same rude receptionist was walking around, didn’t even care to even ask if my daughter was okay or if I needed help. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone or would even want to run into that woman again. DO NOT VISIT!!! (Highly recommend the pharmacy inside though)

My son Devon went to the clinic at 5 pm. They told him it wouldn’t be too long. He finally got in at 9 pm. That is rediculous. He’s 18 years old, so didn’t stick up for himself. How does the staff let him wait there for four hours and not even tell him, disgusting.

My husband was taken as a walk-in patient at the very end of the day. We really appreciate the doctor staying late and seeing him and the receptionist for being so kind to us. Thank you!

The clinic is super busy and you wait so long even for booked appointment.Last time I waited 1hour and 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. for walking is much worse.
My daughter had sore throats and she is very scared when we go to any doctor because of her previous memory from hospital, so she cried a lot when doctor Salehi wanted to do the test for bacterial infection with Q-tips. Doctor Salehi didn’t show any empathy and she was very serious with her , she had no patience with my daughter. At the end, she told us we have to start the medication because my daughter throat was swollen badly . So there wasn’t any reason to do the test , but she did the test although she saw my daughter was super scared and she cried so bad. If there was 0 star, I would give her instead of 1 star. They replied to my review, but my experience with Dr. Salehi was what I wrote. The only person can say about my visit and my experience it is only me, no one else.

Though sometimes busy they have always provided me with good solid healthcare and advice.
My family doctor, is away on mat leave and I have not had success with the alternative, so I have come to rely on Newmarket Medical Center.
