I want to complain about very, very bad and very shocking service. I made an appointment with a doctor for today, 12/10/24, and the clerk claims that the appointment is scheduled for tomorrow and she argues with me and speaks to me in a very, very bad way. After arguing, they brought me to meet with the doctor. He brought me a letter that my daughter is not sick and she can go to kindergarten the next day. After he wrote the letter, the clerk says and demands $40 for the letter that is not written anywhere that needs to be paid. And she also did not inform us of the $40 before writing the letter. She also tells me that it will be the last time and that it is not our fault at all. The clerks really do not behave well. Very, very shocking and aggressive service. The senior clerk is not okay at all. Do not go there at all. Only complaints and problems from them😡😡😡

They wanted to steal $40 from me for a letter and it is not stated anywhere about payment for a letter.

Worst receptionist I’ve ever talked with this morning. Just asking nicely if we can come to the clinic asking for the doctors prescription because my daughter has a very bad cough even she don’t have a appointment she must say it properly and she called me yesterday to have a phone appointment today at 3:15 pm but it never happens. They’re not attentive to the email from the patients. She is very rude and don’t know how to handle the question we were asking with her. The doctor working their was very nice and helpful and Angeline the receptionist is very helpful but his one named Lorie is not professional and the way she talks is very rude and unprofessional.

I visited the clinic and regrettably found my experience to be quite disappointing. The level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff, including the reception team, fell short of my expectations.

Upon entering the clinic, I was met with a lack of organization and courtesy at the reception desk, which set a negative tone for my visit. Communication was unclear, and it appeared that staff members were unprepared to address patient inquiries effectively.

Furthermore, during my consultation, the physician did not demonstrate the attentiveness or thoroughness I anticipated. There seemed to be a disconnect between the staff and patient care, leading to an overall sense of disarray in the clinic's operations.

I believe that professionalism and patient-centered care are crucial in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, my experience at [Clinic Name] did not reflect these values. I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the quality of service provided to patients in the future

I filled the new patient form on their website but nobody contacted me. I phoned the clinic to let them know I had submitted the form but the receptionist said there's no record in their system. I had to submit the form again. It was very difficult to reach them by phone. They don't answer the phone most of the time. When I showed up for a meet and greet, the doctor said she will not prescribe a medication I need, despite Netcare showing that I had been on the medication for years. But she still wanted to accept me as her patient. I looked elsewhere for a family doctor as I needed to find one who could prescribe the medication.

This clinic is unprofessional and lacks a patient-centered approach. I had a disappointing experience with them. As my family doctor, I scheduled an appointment to refill my prescriptions. However, they called to cancel it, suggesting I come in the morning because the doctor would only be available during that time for the week. I explained that I was about to travel for two weeks and had run out of medication for my hypertension and hyperlipidemia. The staff member responded by saying she couldn’t assist me and advised me to visit another clinic to resolve my issue.

By far the worst experience i have had at any clinic's reception. The receptionists I have come across are either unprofessional or extremely rude. They have the most lousy and pathetic services. However, the doctors are good but I really hope their management will soon enough hire some professional receptionist based on the number of negative reviews. They clearly cannot handle the influx of patients and should find a way to make it a seamless process for everyone.

At the end of the day, they are being paid for from our taxes, not working there for free. Today I had to return from an appointment I had booked 4 days ago after waiting for 30 minutes (and this has not happened for the first time). I am going to try and find another doctor for myself and my family since I am no longer going to sit there and wait around to see the doctor (even with an appointment). Atrocious, truly atrocious.

Sorry to say , my experience with them was terrible. I called ahead to ask if you take walk in , they said yes you can come and when I went they told me nothing is available before 30-40 mins because we didn’t ask the doctor before. Now this is a terrible service , they could have told me this on call. Wasted my time. I am a MOA as well and we don’t treat patients like this -period
