Je suis un camionneur du Québec et j'ai du me rendre à l'urgence pour un problème assez grave un gros merci au infirmière qui étais tout simplement super malgré que je parle pas vraiment anglais et sans oublier la docteur house qui étais génial j'ai eu le temps de lire quelques commentaires oui ont attend pour voir un médecin mais c'est partout pareil et je peut vous dire que l'ontario est une coche au déçu du Québec

Jasmine est ma fille . nous avons perdu mon époux le 14 juin 2017 due à un Stroke. c`étais une méchante surprise. Il était un donneur d`,organe donc nous l`avons gardé sur les machines comme on dit pour 4 jours. Les employés des soins intensifs de votre hôpital ont tous étés super, professionnels et très dévoués. D`une expériences extrêmement difficiles à une expériences très enrichissante,,, Merci ! Désolé mais déjà était la ...pour une urgence pis mon faite attend une journée pour rien... pas de déjeuner rien pour dinner attend et aucune information... rien et rien pas de nouvelles passer 3 jours la... non merci... j'ai demander de quitter et redemander il voulait pas m'écouter...après 10 fois la j'ai pus quiter si non j'aurais passer 3 jours au lit a rien faire...non merci.

Shout out to CCU, especially Leah, who was my night nurse for two nights, Daniela, Riley, and student nurse Abigail , my day, nurses for being just exceptionally kind and attentive. Everyone was polite and responsive. I was far from home and I definitely appreciated it. Dr. Patel was amazing, patient and answered all my questions.

Now if they just do something about the food

I was in town for work and went in with a significant breast infection, only to spend the next 11.5 hours sitting and waiting. I left out of frustration and a need to sleep because I had to work early in the morning. I returned to my hotel no further ahead; only with an excruciating progression in my infection. The staff were abrupt and not terribly pleasant, and the parking situation is woefully inadequate. This was an incredibly disappointing experience all around.

Both the receptionist and the staff person in the department I needed to call to request a document to prove I attended an appointment were very friendly and efficient and wished me well when I called today. They get top marks from my patient perspective! Doreen Ruth M

My husband was in hospital for 10 days. He went in by ambulance and was in ER for 2.5 days.His care was superb. ER nurses and PSWs are caring and considerate with patients and family. He then moved to a surgical floor where the care continued to be great. Only one issue and it was looked into right away. Great healthcare.

I am currently still at the 'hospital'. Been waiting nearly 10 hours with a broken foot waited in a room, then was moved to another waiting room, then back to the first. Then moved to another waiting room where I am still waiting with no sign of a physician. I asked the nurse and she said they are short staffed( maybe call in some more staff then) This place is terrible, the nurses pretty much tell you what you want to hear so you go away, none of them seem to want to be here and help people. Whoever is running the emergency room here needs to be fired. Worst hospital I have been to in my 33 years on this Earth.

(Update) Still waiting at the hospital 12 hours. Now there is no one around it became a ghost town. Pretty sure I have been forgotten about and now must roam the hallways to find someone.
