This pharmacy has a Russian or a Ukraine lady that has an attitude beyond attitude and the prices are double compared to anywhere else and if you need something and you call them oh it’s gonna be a couple days and I’ll give you a call they never do 🤬
I wouldn’t darkened their door ever again, even if I was paid to do so.
anybody looking for meds do your homework first !!! ,as when you do have to change pharmacies they make it a living hell by not sending information in time which will end to you not getting your meds
Super glad it wasn’t blood pressure pills. I probably would have dropped dead😡😡😡 don’t count on this place for nothing.
I have more than one coverage and my pills should’ve cost NIL and I still ended up paying money. Just switched to Rx pharmacy and payed zero with all my coverages where they were charging me anywhere from $30-$60 per go,,,, don’t darkener the door.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. As a regular, they're always on top of what prescriptions I need, know who I am when I walk in. They are very helpful in assisting you when you can't get in to see your doctor or dentist. An example is, I had an abscessed tooth and my dentist was away, the pharmacist prescribed me antibiotics and anti inflamitories. Well, then I got thrush, so the pharmasist helped me with that too. This was all over the phone, which wareally appreciated. The only reason they aren't getting 5* is because, as others have mentioned, there's a lack of attention when it comes to call back or follow up. Some of us need to get people to drive us, or walk, so it's not just jumping quickly into a cat when we, the customer has to follow up. This can be very inconvenient and frustrating.

Due to a shortage of my required drug in Canada, I was recommended to go here by my home pharmacy. Two quick phone calls and I was picking up my Rx in a few hours. Friendly and courteous. If I didn't work in a business with a pharmacy, they would be my go to place.

THREE TIMES EXPENSIVE... my doctor send prescription to this pharmacy as this was close to my home. i was surprised to know the price ( 3 times ) as my doctor gave me an idea about cost. I called my doctor just to double check if she changed the medicine but they told me to check with other pharmacy about its cost. I didnt know before this that there could be that big difference in Pharmacy to Pharmacy prices. BIG TIME ALERT - Please call for price before buying.

With my review I am just helping people who sometime don't ask price before visiting and believe that price difference could be 20-50 % but not 300%.
I have no reason to visit you again as i don’t want to take any chance for any other medicine.
I did find this out because my doctor shared with me budget price for this, so i did ask around the price. My Doctor never recommended any quality of the same.

I am sharing my learning and experience with people so they can decide based on this. If you want to learn from this then please train your staff to explain about price difference before preparing medicine and ask customer’s willingness to pay for expensive HIGH STANDARD. Some people don’t have much money to pay for such expensive medicine and on top of that you don’t refund once paid. I did ask your staff they said no they can refund once its ready.

Hope you understand and take some good efforts to resolve this.

Good service, friendly staff. Vaccine appointment scheduled, on time as per booking. Specialized mobility equipment and accessories were a nice surprise, not always expected in a neighborhood pharmacy. Will definitely be going back.

I dropped off a prescription that was related to my recovery from childbirth, was told to expect a call the next day to be updated when it was ready.
I never received any call from them.
So I called the day after they said they would call me and I was told my medication wasn't in stock and the estimate was to have it in after the long weekend was over and expect the next update on Tuesday.
Well of course no update from them again.
I waited until Thursday to call again, i get told they would call me right back. Another hour and some passes still no call back yet again.
At this point its been a full week from the day of originally dropping off my prescription and now they haven't even checked to see if my insurance covers my medication and has to start that whole process and wait even more.
I only learned of the insurance issue after I end up calling THEM back for the third time!

I never ended up getting my medication from this place, and when my husband went to pick up my original prescription to take it else where they had the audacity to lie to him and say the medication was done THE SAME DAY I DROPPED MY PRESCRIPTION OFF. Which is obviously complete bull S.
Thank you Madigan Pharmacy for wasting my time and allowing me to go in pain even longer.
The lack of professionalism and customer courtesy is enough to make me never set foot in this place again for any of my family's pharmacy needs even if it means driving further to the next one.

Pharmacist and staff are always helpful, friendly, and organized. Lots of parking at the front and accessible directly via public buses. I've only been for the covid-19 shot but my visit was so quick and painless that I have recommended this location to others.

They also carry a variety of items from skincare to several other medical devices.
