Lisa Frey is the worse ever doctor that I have ever seen in my life. If she can be called a doctor! I had an extremely disappointing experience with her. Not only was the office staff unhelpful, but the doctor was also incredibly unprofessional. She didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and seemed disinterested in my symptoms. I felt rushed and completely ignored. After the visit, I was left with more questions than answers. To make matters worse, the follow-up was non-existent. I consider filing a complain with the college of physicians and surgeons of Ontario and even ready to escalate and take her to the court. At the meantime, I will be looking for someone more competent and compassionate, with real medical knowledge.

I'm not sure why everyone thinks the receptionists are rude... I have a positive experience every time. They're friendly, they're quick, and they do their jobs!

Honestly surprised with the treatment from the receptionists. Both girls were so rude towards my mom and not understanding at all as she was saying she was in pain. As well as they told her she would be called right after one person, then we see like 5 patients go in. We explained she was in pain and yet they were so mouthy. I don't know what happened to this establishment, Years back it definitely wasn't like this. If I could give them zero stars I would.

NURSES SHOULDN'T BE SHOWING UP AT PATIENTS HOUSES AT LUNCHTIMES. THE DO SO THEY GET FREE LUNCH! ELDERLY DON'T GET ENOUGH MONEY AS IT IS AND NOW HAVE TO PROVIDE LUNCH FOR THE STAFF 🤬 Dropped a form off for the Dr to fill out, as I was waiting in line the receptionist/nurse aide commented to Chris who works in the back that I was in line and she looked up at me and said something back. I HANDED my paperwork to the receptionist/nurse aide and she was told not to look through it, she continued to and was told a second time, the receptionist beside made a snarky/sneid laughing remark. Then receptionist /nurse aide proceeded to LIE to the Dr saying I threw the form at her which I didn't do, it was handed to her. Not cool staff here thinks it's okay to lie. The staff here have ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR A PERSON PRIVACY. THEY TALK ABOUT PATIENTS TO EACH OTHER AND THAT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Cancelled an appointment with the counselor who thought it was okay to c the same day and say she was sorry to hear my Dad wasn't doing well, which I had NO IDEA YET HE WAS ON HIS DEATH BED! She also thought it was okay to offer to but a fire pit I wasn't selling. USED TO BE RUN BY SOME GREAT DR'S BUT NOT ANYMORE DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND

I don’t know why everyone is complaining or rating bad stars because I always go there I have great feelings with all receptionists. I have no problem at all with them.

My problem is DR IP who doesn’t accept patient requests. I’m a patient so I think I deserve to having my health life and he is my family dr so he is supposed to be stand by the parent.

Dr Wilfred - should be investigated as a negligent doctor who just wants to collect a payment - my wife was sent away with potentially life threatening infection but “it’s just viral.” Goes ahead and gives medication that not only made conditions worse BUT now she is unable to take proper medication because this man isn’t in the medical field to help but only to fill his pockets by throwing prescription at people. I might be contacting my member of legal council if nothing is done to resolve this issue .

Update (8 months later) Dr Wilfred is still a joke and treats patients like they are lesser and doesn’t offer help , instead smirks at you and doesn’t show signs of compassion or care . I’ll be inquiring to see if I can start an investigation for this doctor . Getting sick of him

1)front desk Girls are slow, miserable and rude not welcoming experience.
2)never answer the phone!!! even with the 800 receptionists... seriously no hussle at all.
3)$4 parking. Every.single. Time.
4) waiting room is NOT baby/ toddler friendly . Not event 1 picture book!!!!
5) Nurses are miserable and non personable They seem fail to put any real effort into their job.
6) seriously , the waiting time for one of these receptionists to answer the phone is an average 34 minutes.
7) ice cold experience from getting a parking spot to leaving said parking spot
8) Dr Jerome leaves the country every summer for 3-+ weeks

I am not one to go out of my time to write bad reviews, but I am sick of the way I am treated every time I call this place. The receptionists I have experienced all have been extremely rude even after I have been nothing but kind every time I called about my prescriptions NOT getting faxed to my pharmacy. The doctors here are great, but I can’t stand the way I’m treated every time I call. (which I have to end up calling A LOT because my prescriptions never get faxed right away) I’m going to look into getting a new doctor just because of the receptionists here making me so uncomfortable.This is rediculous and I hope you look into getting new staff soon. From the other reviews I’ve read other people have had problems with the attitude of them too.
