I highly recommend Northern Doors. I manage a storage facility, and whenever we run into door or keypad issues they do amazing work, have very friendly/ knowledgeable staff, great at communicating, and respond quickly. Always pleased with this reliable company.

Good installation of two garage doors. Once they were Installed, I noticed that all the windows were in backwards. A phone call revealed that they wanted $250 to correct the problem. So I did it myself thinking $250 is a rip off and cracked one window by over tightening it a little bit. Took the window out and took it back to Northern for them to order a new window with the same Gold trim as the other one that was cracked. We pay for the new window . After repeated attempts of ordering and getting the wrong colour of the trim which went on for over two years they still couldn’t get it With the right gold trim inside the window. So we ended up getting our money back and told to go to a glass shop to get it done. Like really? We won’t be going back to Northern Door. Another thing you can even get my first name right on your response . The acc. Is under my wife’s name Nadeen. People need to see this. Once again that is how thorough your company is . It’s garage doors that were installed.

I had excellent service from this company when they recently installed a garage door opener for me. I called with the height of the door and they gave me a reasonable quote. The installer arrived promptly and went over his plans before proceeding and left the garage tidy when he left. I was charged exactly what was quoted and the staff on the other end of the phone were cheerful and knowledgeable. Can't really ask for more than that. Great local company.

Perfect.
A cable snapped on my garage door in the middle of winter. They sent a service man within a three hours of my call, he fixed everything in less than an hour and it was cheap. It was everything wanted, for less than I expected to pay.
