I dealt with Renee at NRS and I can't say enough good things about her and Northern Respiratory Sudbury Top to Bottom. Very professional yet very friendly. Truly seem to care about their clients. I was prescribed Cpap therapy and being brand new to anything like this, I truly didn't know what to expect. I met with Renee and my mind was immediately set at ease. She simplified the entire process and perfectly explained everything while setting me up with a new machine. I think I had forgotten what it was like to have a good night sleep...the difference in 1 night with the machine was beyond anything I could of imagined. And only a few days in Now and Renee has checked in to ensure everything was good all the while monitoring any measurable results remotely. I highly recommend Northern Respiratory- Sudbury.
