staff treats you like a moron for wanting to apply for benefits in person (even though the official OW page, it says you can apply online, over the phone or IN PERSON at your local social services building)

The staff always give me excuses and reasons they can't help. They never have any helpful things to say or any guidance for people who are strictly by themselves. Devon especially. Every time i send her an e-mail, she is out of office or will be soon. Work ethic here and willingness to help is at an all time low.

Horrible, didn't give my mom information about the $3000 limit and gave her an overpayment for saved CCB. She had $5000 saved only $2000 over the limit and they gave her an overpayment of $4000. Just because my mom didn't use the CCB like some people for drug addictions... Absolutely disgusting when that money she saved was for my post secondary. Jennifer the manager is horrible and so is Spring, they denied her an internal review when she asked for one. You people disgust me your job is to HELP people not put them into more poverty.

Very friendly and professional. Waiting area is setup very nice has table & chairs, seating area with very comfortable coaches amd then a computer area to use and more.
