Je remercie sincèrement le personnel de l'urgence de l'hôpital d'avoir pris en main mon conjoint le matin du 21aout 2024., Nous étions au Campgroundest a Cobourg. Merci aussi aux ambulancier qui ont été très gentil entre autre un qui a penser a mettre son traducteur sur son CEL pour me traduire en français. Et un pompier qui a été voir la propriétaire du camping Linda thornill pour réserver pour la nuit. Nous ne pouvions pas revenir au Québec cette journée là. Le gentil pompier qui m'a fait un Hug vraiment cute. Merci a vous tous 🥰

I went to the Emergency department on Saturday evening at 9:00 pm with a badly burnt hand. All the staff - the triage nurse, registration person, nurses and Dr. in the unit - were friendly, helpful and professional.
My visit was 4 hours start to finish.

You show up at 6am and there are 2 other people there and it's a 6 hour wait. This is unacceptable and time we do something about this. No other industry is this inefficient nor would they be allowed to be. I'm not buying the story anymore there's no logical way it takes this long to see one patient. They are lying

An excruciating 6 hour wait so far for my daughter, 14 weeks pregnant with possible severe covid related issues, shes been sitting by herself in excruciating pain no one even checked on her until I called the hospital's emergency room to remind them she was even there, the wait isn't even over and no doctor insight, as well as a nearly empty waiting room,

Long waits however good care once with the doctor.
