I would highly recommend you trust a more professional pharmacy to deal with your prescriptions. 90% of the staff are unprofessional and childish. Witnessed abusive behaviour and bullying amongst themselves countless times. When they aren't at each other's throats, they'll be at yours without hesitation. Pharmacy "manager" upset my wife to the point of ruining the remainder of our first wedding anniversary day.
It is definitely 100% worth the walk across the street to Shoppers Drug Mart, or literally anywhere else.
Too bad you can't rate zero...

I’ve been a customer here for several years.
Staff have always been helpful. Theo is great and so helpful- she takes the time to help me find what I need on the shelves that meet my needs but not overly expensive.
I would definitely recommend this pharmacy

The ladies here have been so nice! I’m a procrastinator and most of the time end up calling for a refill late on the day that I need my medication and they never sound annoyed or inconvenienced at all, always so friendly! When I pick it up, everyone is smiling and they ask how I am, etc. Very happy with the service so far

If I could give zero I would. HORRIBLE customer service from the Manager of the Pharmacy no less.

Yes I was upset, Yes I raised my voice....your website is garbage and misleading...If a website includes an email address how am I supposed to know it periodically gets checked maybe once a week After 2 emails sent with no reply I called.

So instead of being a calm manager and diffusing the situation she told me if I didn't lower my voice she would hang up...I remained quiet while she checked the availabilty of my prescription. Was told they didn't have it (which they never do) and would have to order it.

Once it was confirmed that I would have it before the holidays I tried to tell her why having an email that no one answers is very counter-productive and misleading.. she said if I didn't stop talking she was hanging up...I was raising my voice at this point because she wouldn't let me get a word in...so she hung up on me....UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please learn from my mistake and don't ever use this PHARMACY....COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I've been using this pharmacy for approx. the last 15yrs. In that time, it has gone through a couple of different name changes, although the service there has always remained to be very quick & efficient. Their pharmacists are super knowledgeable & very helpful, & the staff are always polite & courteous. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years. The pharmasists, and the rest of the staff are very helpful, caring, informative, pleasant and respectful. The service is organized and prompt. They are happy to help with any questions or issues you may have. I have never had an issue with filling my prescriptions here. I highly recommend this Remedy's Rx Pharmacy.
