I must say Dr. Kahn is exceptional. I went a couple of weeks ago and yes I waited close to 3 hours, this is expected of walk ins and only Dr. Kahn was working. It is what it is. He apologized for the delay when he first came into the room. I watched him run back and forth from room to room, he never just took a break for himself while respectfully the receptionists did take theirs. For it being such a hectic day (almost all seats were full) he did an outstanding job staying positive and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

People around me have been waiting for 3+ hours despite the website saying it would only be an hour. I have never seen a clinic so slow in my life. And it’s not like it’s packed either! It’s an insane wait time for a 5 minute consultation. Thankfully I got the nice doctor, he was very kind and friendly. Love that guy. But there’s another one who’s known for having terrible bedside manners and being an overall negative experience (if you go here often you know who I’m talking abt).

I found the receptionists to be kind and understanding and there are a couple doctors that are just amazing. Unfortunately they have a couple doctors that have no bed side manners nor compassion for a person who is trying to get medical help. I went in and seen one ignorant physician whose first words to me “ what are you here for “ !! No hello or good day just ignorant cold attitude that a patient shouldn’t have to deal with when not feeling well. You will know this individual is working because the clinic is empty. I would post his name but I could be seen as negative if I did. A little hint to all, find out who is on call and then decide. The one amazing physician they do have here is Dr Khan. If you find out that he is working, GO because you won’t find many that are as compassionate, understanding, patient and caring as this fine gentleman.

Unbelievably long wait times showed up at 8:08 am and it's currently 10:43 am and I am still in the waiting room with an additional 5-6 people ahead of me still.

This is being written at 2pm on a Monday. Arrived at the clinic and was told that they couldn't register me as a patient because they had reached their "capacity". Not to contextual this issue. There was only about 10 people in the lobby and the practice as per their posted hours doesn't close till 4pm.

So 1 of 2 things is happening here. Either the doctor is incapable of seeing 10 patients over the course of 2 hours in which case they should adjust their hours of service to represent that the last patients can be register by 2pm making that the clinics actual "closing" time.

Or 2, which is absolutely despicable but given the current state of our society is that the clinic has a quota of the number of patients they can see. Effectively turning people into numbers which when the maximum number of sick people are registered all other patients need to find another clinic that has not reached their quota. This is a disgusting way to treat people who show up 2 hours before the clinic closes only to be turned away because they reached their numbers for the day...

I just moved to Azilda and yesterday I went to see a doctor at the walk in clinic due to chest infection and I saw Dr John Maki and he was amazing.

Dr Kahn was quick and a super nice guy. Had me in and out in 15 minutes. The ladies at the front were absolutely awesome also. This clinic moves as quick as they can to try and get as many patients in and out as possible. They do stop taking patients if they get a long wait though (but let’s be real here people, everyone deserves the right to go home at a decent time of the day so be respectful)

Doctor was good but I don’t appreciate the cash only for doctors note thing. Making me go find an atm on foot while I have a lung infection isn’t a good feeling. Like good lord, is it that expensive to own a debit machine
