Last week I visited this clinic for the first time as my GP was unavailable. Today I returned for an unrelated matter. In both instances I was able book easily with the on-line system, got a same day appointment and was welcomed by friendly support staff. I feel that Dr. Elkabir is a great listener and communicator, and that each time I received practical, down to earth counsel. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.

The male doctor was brief and rushed. Did not offer proper care. consultation took only 2-3 minutes. Asked me to google what diet he was recommending instead of explaining. Receptionist was nice and booking appointment was easy.

I have had this doctor since i was 18, i am now 41. If you are looking for a doctor to sit and chat about your family, dog, life, then he is not for you, however if you are looking for a doctor that will get you into the clinic without a 2 week wait, will take care of your needs, is efficient and direct, than he is for you. He has always taken care of me. The receptionist are helpful and fast. He is not going to prescribe un needed medication and i think that has contributed to my overall health, i am able to fight off a cold because i haven't just been given medication for a virus. I like Dr Elkabir and the staff and i will be sad one day when he retires.

We've been coming here for about 6 months now for various reasons. Each time has been good experiences for both of us.

For those who are complaining, you have to understand this is a busy downtown walk-in clinic, that has to have strict processes in place (likely because they see numerous sketchy people a day with this location).

If you would like a more in-depth doctor visit, I suggest you book an appointment with your family physician. With saying that, my family doctor really only spends about 3 minutes more with me than this guy... so I have zero complaints, and will continue to see him as needed.

Absolutely love how fast and efficient Dr. Nabil and his team are! All of my visits took mere minutes, the doctor was always on time, and the location is very convenient if you live/work close to downtown.

Why I give this doctor 5 star, cause I see him since 2006, following him 18 years, every visit he will give me the professional and expertise treatment, I was exhausted and slow digestive system, after I told him, he just gave me a 7 days try medicine, told me once a day, then come back see me again. After a week took the pills, I felt better day after day, when I saw him, he told me my thyroid not working properly, then proscribed two months the artificial thyroid hormone, once a day. I learned my depression and local water shortage of iodine. So I did more natural things to improve my thyroid gland function. Even though I reduced the dose, ask doctor test my thyroid T4,T3, he was not happy about it, asked me why you stop taking medicine. I said I feel good. After test he just said good results, have fun.
All those years he always makes sense on my health. Covid time I got other bacteria infection,was visit ER, hospital gave 2 weeks antibiotics made me bad feeling, I thought my thyroid gland function trouble again, when I saw doctor Elkber, he just said finished medication if you still have problems come see me. When I finished medication the syndrome gone , I careful read the antibiotics I took ， I know doctor Elkber is right.
I am a therapist in Calgary, I have many clients experience bad family doctor.
I always told them see my family doctor.

Always exceptionally managed. I've been seeing Dr Elkabir for more than a decade now and only once did I have to wait longer than 10 mins. Otherwise I am in for my appointment time and out promptly with next steps in hand. Dr Elkabir is thorough and methodical in approach and definitely in with the best in my view.
