My family and I were previously patients of Dr Cote and were very sad to see him leave, as it left us with no family doctor after having the same one for 10 years. The transition was difficult for us as there was no information given or follow up and we were left on our own to find a new doctor, when there were no available doctors in Cochrane/Calgary at the time and we were on wait lists for months.
Fortunately we were eventually able to be taken on by Dr Waqar and are immensely pleased with her level of knowledge and skill. She makes all of us feel cared for and genuinely listens and aims to help treat people with respect. Her advice and detailing of treatment options makes us feel well informed and safe. We are very happy to be her patients!
As well, the receptionists there now are very friendly and helpful, so all in all a great clinic!
Would have been a full 5 stars if not for the poor transition period after Dr. Cote left.

Disappointing walk-in experience. Our child broke a bone, thankfully the X-ray tech recommended to be assessed and treated by another doctor right away, and not wait on the walk-in doctor there. 19 days after we were seen, we were contacted for a follow up. Almost three weeks later, for a broken bone. Thankfully for them, the receptionist was lovely, but we no longer trust this clinic.

If I could give less than one star I would. Up until recently this clinic would have gotten a 5 star rating as the staff and Doctors were absolutely AMAZING! However, my doctor has been asked to leave and now I have no family doctor in Cochrane and there is a shortage of doctors here!!! Why would you ask someone who is beyond amazing for all their patients to leave? The owner/manager of the clinic is seemingly more concerned about financials than human care!

Our doctor moved to SE Calgary and now I'm without a doctor in Cochrane. The same happened here when my wife was in her third trimester. We were told then our doctor left and we have to find a new doctor, as they're not accepting new patients, tried explaining we're not new and my wife is pregnant, they couldn't help us. Big thumbs down for customer care!!

It's not the greatest clinic I have ever been to and oftentimes you need to wait 20 minutes for the doctor to appear (even if you had an appointment scheduled), but it's decent quality.

Awesome doctors and staff. Very professional and pleasant.

Unfortunately there is one receptionist who brings this experience down. A few examples of this include hanging up abruptly, not appropriately communicating and lack of accommodation for my mother who is hard of hearing. Super unfortunate when the rest of the staff are always on their A game

Nicole went above and beyond.
Friendly, efficient, professional and I was in and out quickly.
They make a great team and great atmosphere.

Been through the gamut of doctors my entire life and never had a doctor like Dr. Mi who is willing to do the exploration necessary to truly find you answers and get you taken care of. I never feel rushed or not prioritized. Best doctor ive seen to this date.
