They seem to not want to treat people they just want to get in the room and get out I went there because I was feeling sick all the doctor said was that's a good thing and walked and way not doing nothing about it. And when you sign up to the place the doctor that is on my paper he's not even a family doctor which is stupid tried to make an appointment with him the front desk said he's doesn't do family practice . I would not recommend anybody going here.

Front office staff were friendly and efficient. However I waited over an hour for my appointment and Dr Gharib couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. It’s not my fault you’re running behind!! All patients deserve the same amount of care. She briefly discussed my issues as she was walking out the door. Unfortunately we are stuck with this place as it’s impossible to get another Dr.

It feels like my family Dr is never in the office or appointments are 6+ weeks out so I'm always stuck with this place.... I have been dealing with chronic pain for over a decade.... Only time I've ever taken anything stronger than an anti-inflammatory or Tylenol was with brain surgery yet I got treated like a junkie looking for her next fix. I'm just a person looking for some actual help. Dr. mentioned a referral to some pain clinic but I walked out without that too... She mentioned it then she didn't. What a joke unless you only have a cough but even then.... They was a lady with a headache and a cough that wasn't getting any better and she just got back from a cruise a week ago... they did not even ask her to put on a mask.

I am torn over writing this review. I have had an amazing experience with front staff and most of the Drs who work here. Dr. Ayr is wonderful and I’d give him 5 stars on his own, but unfortunately multiple terrible experiences with Dr. Gharib (I would not give a single star) have soured this review.

Dr. Gharib is rude and didn’t even look at my sick 6 year old child before writing antibiotics and dismissing us. My child had to be seen about a week and a half later by another Dr that actually helped her by observing and properly diagnosing her. Later Dr. Gharib told my husband who is severely disabled that one day his pain could magically disappear so he doesn’t need to see the spinal surgeon he was referred to. He can barely walk, can’t work or lift anything, including his own child. He has been in chronic agony over 3 years. We were left astounded that a Dr would give such terrible and unhelpful suggestion. We will absolutely be going back to this clinic, just never Dr. Gharib.

Front desk Staff are VERY unpleasant . One individual even moved my appointment time as a form of punishment to me! Gave me serious attitude over the phone ,I even mentioned how I didn't enjoy her unpleasantness. Her reply to that after telling me they had a specific apt. Time was whelp we don't have that time anymore I asked for her name which she replied I don't have to give that information out! She shouldn't be working in this setting! She clearly can't handle her job description. Completely unprofessional.

Miserable office staff, the inability to get a hold of anyone you need to, childish pharmacy technicians, etc.
Unbelievably bad customer/patient services.
Every person working there, needs a hard slap to the face. You aren't above your patients!

I see some negative comments that actually surprise me, I've been with this clinic for 14yrs and have never had an issue, My Dr is detailed and involved and the front desk ladies and nursing staff have always been pleasant and helpful whether in person or by phone. The Drs and Nurse Practitioners they have now are helpful and interested in my well being, They listen and hear my concerns and act accordingly, for an example I was in a car crash, I was rear-ended and walked away with just a headache and bruises I thought, next day I had severe headaches and light really bugged me so I stay in bed in the dark, day two vomiting started along with everything else, I didn't know about concussions but I knew something was wrong and I called the clinic and they brought me in immediately, Dr took me in immediately and upon examination felt I could have a brain bleed but BGH it takes forever to get any kind of CT or MRI scans, the Dr called the Neurologist at BGH who he asked to take me in and read my scans soon as they were done and fortunately the neurologist did just that and saved my life. That's just one example, I have others, for instance I recently lost my dad to Cancer a specific Cancer that is hereditary as well as aneurysms that are hereditary and a Hamilton specialist said all my dad's sons should be tested, the next day I went into the clinic and all the tests were ordered and done within a week with the results back within 2, I know every situation is different but we also have to remember as professional as people are supposed to be they are still human and fallible and maybe it was a bad day for them? Maybe that day they had a heavy workload or deadlines or a pressing case to deal with? Maybe the front desk lady just got bad news? We expect perfection from professionals but nobody is perfect. Never been able to connect with my family doc. I was happy when I got a family doctor but the clinic is unreachable all the time.
