I dealt with Dave M. and he was very professional, has a lot of experience and is passionate about his work and helping people.

He did an excellent job explaining the equipment, how it works as well as cleaning and maintenance. He continued to follow my treatment and made adjustments to find the solution to improve my sleep quality. I know that they are very busy there but overall he would get back to me relatively quickly.

I appreciate all of his help, insight and patience. I would highly recommend Dave.

I would give it 5 stars but I found the pricing to the items they sell you to be higher then other places who sell the exact same product.

First time CPAP user.  Called and made an appointment. Got an hour of demo and how the machine works. I ended up picking many accessories, which are nice to have. They couldn't answer me about what my insurance will cover since every insurance is different. I found out later that i still have to pay $950 out of pocket.
They followed up with me and made sure that I have a positive discussion and were able to resolve the issues.
They know their CPAP machines and are excellent. The only reason giving them a 4 star cause anything you buy there is a final sale since they sell medical equipment, which is understandable.

After getting the bill and comparing...the EXACT same items are readlily available for often many times less. I asked for a refund on the items in my still unopenned bag ....I've replaced all that I got from them with the exact manufacturer items for about ⅓ the price, and have asked them to cancel my "care" since trust is broken. The process over two weeks of unpleasantly chasing a refund has exhausting.
UPDATE: I've resolved this with the company and was finally able to get a refund for the objects in question and the care program.
I do still recommend that anyone who may be under the impression that the upsell is part of "care", be a smart buyer and shop arround before acccepting clinic pricing, you may save hundreds of dollars. I'll leave the image of price my own price comparison but from here, my case is closed.

TLDR: Bad experience, highly recommend finding a better sleep care provider.

I should have paid attention to the negative reviews in the recent past. The front desk folks are great but the whole clinical sleep specialist part was a dud.

Either they are terribly overworked or they just don’t care enough. When I first started, I was lied to by saying that they have a certain mask I was looking for. And then the specialist kept pushing for a different mask and said that would be the way to start. Once the payment was made and I came back in a week or so for a change, he lets me know that they don’t carry that mask at all! Why not just be truthful the first time around, tell me that you don’t have the brand mask but have a similar one from a different brand, and save us both the trouble?

A few weeks later, I was told that my numbers look good and that he personally adjusted them a day before. And as the call proceeded, he tells me that he don’t have the data for the last 3-4 days. If you adjusted my numbers a day or two before, how did you not notice that the data was missing? And if they are two separate things, why are you adjusting the machine without checking the data?

And when I requested for an invoice for a potential purchase, I was told that they couldn’t get to it until the following week. I suggested that maybe someone else could help them out with the invoice, and they outright told me that I am not a priority for them. Say what now? When I finally got my invoice, I got it for the wrong machine, a machine I wasn’t even using. When I responded back and requested to send me the correct invoice, I never heard back.

The only saving grace is the front desk staff. Maybe they could be given additional responsibilities because they seem to be doing their job much better!

Just a terribly terribly run place or the staff I got wasn’t aware of how to respond or treat your customers. Either way, this place is probably not worth your time or money.

These days unfortunately it is rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service – Allison exceeded all of our expectations. She truly is a treasure to your company. We did have some minor issues and Allison was right on top of getting everything corrected for us. He always got back to me quickly and was able to guide me through this process. He took time to make sure I had the right mask and the right set up so I would succeed.
