I have been a consistent client at Oona York Region throughout my entire prenatal experience (for chiro, pelvic floor physio, acupuncture, and massage). Every appointment always exceeds my expectations due to the incredibly lovely staff, the warm, safe and welcoming environment, and the high quality service. My recent experience to see Ash for a lactation consultation was incredible. Ash was so helpful with the amount and way she delivered advice and information, not to mention she is an absolute joy to speak to. Felt so comfortable throughout and left feeling informed, relieved and confident. I wish I could have stayed longer to just chat about life 🙂 Highly recommend to all the new mummas! So glad I found Oona after moving to York Region from Toronto with my second pregnancy. I’ve been seeing Mariana for Pelvic Floor physio and Faiza for prenatal chiro. Both fantastic practitioners and greatly contributed to being pain free at 37 weeks. Having everything in one place is convenient with the added bonus they can coordinate care amongst the service providers. The clinic itself has a good vibe, very accommodating, well equipped, and easy to get ahold of to make appointments easily online or over the phone.

As a first time mama-to-be I had no idea where to begin when it came to labor preparations until meeting Marianna. She worked with both my husband and I during our labor prep which was so helpful when I was experiencing a long labor at home. She showed my husband exactly what to do and we were able to practice with her guidance. Since giving birth, I have been seeing Pegah for my c-section scar treatment and my daughter has also been seeing her for Paediatric Chiropractic treatments relating to gas and tense body. We have already seen a difference with my daughter and she sure loves her sessions with the way she sleeps afterwards! I can’t forget the admin team who are so kind and welcoming!

The office itself is warm and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to create a supportive, caring environment for both parents and their little ones. I’m so grateful to have found them!

If I could give this clinic 10 stars I would. It’s been such an essential part of my pregnancy and has been a true lifesaver with treating my hip and back pain. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable from the ladies at the front desk who are always so kind and helpful to the therapists. I’ve seen Marianna for pelvic floor therapy and I’m so happy to have found her. She’s so professional, filled with knowledge and informed care and works with you to support not only your pregnancy but a birth plan that gives you strategies and supports your wishes. I’ve also seen Meron for RMT work and although I have a regular RMT I love I can 100% say that a pregnancy specific RMT is needed for pregnancy. I slept for the first time in weeks after seeing her and can’t thank her enough
