I’m not a big fan of doctors. They make me squeamish. Mona was fantastic from the time I walked into her office until the time I left. She made what should’ve been a somewhat traumatic experience for me, very very easy. She made me feel calm and relaxed the entire time. On top of that she’s just a fantastic human being. Dr. Jobe told me things about my eyes that I had never heard before in my 55 years of life from other optometrists. I swear that guy has two brains in his head. He is extremely knowledgable and a well educated man. When they were done with me, they handed me over to Sam . I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me pick out a couple pairs of glasses. He’s a very knowledgable guy about the products he has on his wall and did his best to not make me look like a moron with no style when I left. Let me tell you that is a tall order, but he handled it like a pro. This location has a customer for life. They are the example of how a customer should be treated when they walk through the doors. An example for all other retail outlets in any field to follow.

Great pricing and amazing customer service!!! - I sat on my glasses and in a pinch needed a new pair, the gentlemen working the west shore town centre location was extremely helpful with picking out a new pair AND I had them ready and on my face in 30 minutes. Thank you again!

Had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and approachable during my exam and afterwards when I received my first pair of glasses! I found the team to be quick helpful during the process of choosing frames and lenses, fitting and adjusting them just right.

I came in a half hour before close and walked out 40 min later with my lens, frames and a great feeling from the hospitality Sam gave me. I have been to alot of optical stores and have never had such fast reliable service. And, the lenses! The best quality I have ever had!

I couldn't recommend this optical one-stop-shop enough!

So my boyfriend went to this place for glasses and they did an eye exam of course to confirm the power. It turns out, they did it all wrong and now i understand why he had constant headaches after wearing glasses. The check up was not done right since we visited two other places who actually made the right glasses for him with the right prescription which was relatively way lower than what this place mentioned.
They also try to overcharge you way too much.
He lost the end rubber piece of his glasses and they suggested him to get the whole frame changed for a rubber piece which would have costed around $200 instead of actually ordering just a $5 piece for him. They completely said no that it's not available and you will have to buy a new frame. We went to sunglass hut and they actually helped us and ordered it for us even though we did not buy the glasses from them nor they have these one there.
After buying the glasses from them, i checked the other reviews and it turns out that we are not the only one with the wrong prescriptions.

Save your time, energy and money and go to some other place.
