You know the type of business that has been around forever and give amazing service yet have very few ratings but they're all 100% genuine? Yah that's Orion. We have them certify our extinguishers every year without fail. Consistency at its best.

They only recertify welding cylinders for 5 years. No star after date. There are lots of other places that will recertify for 10 years for the same price.

Edit after owner responded: There was nothing wrong with my cylinders. Your employee told me the your company is not qualified to do 10 year recertifications. Unfortunately, I was not told this until I had paid and was picking up my cylinders.

Went in to buy 3M N95 masks with a breath valve. The salesperson insisted I buy another brand on the basis it was cheaper. I politely declined. They continued to force the other brand, and bore me by reciting an info sheet. When I come in to buy a specific product, please give it to me when I ask, unless it is hazardous to me.

I don't know what kind of sales quotas, kickbacks, or incentives exist at this store, but it was a huge hassle to get $20 worth of masks. I will not be back.

Edit for the owner: the mask was indeed in stock, your employee just refused to sell it to me for some peculiar reason. My rating stands.
