Update: on our last visit, not only were the staff helpful and super friendly as usual, they gave each of my kids a tape measure to keep! Such a great place.

This place always has what we need when the other stores don't carry it. The staff are always very helpful.

Very disappointed. Needed a toggle clamp to pull and hold closed my camper top. A simple toggle clamp. Not even close. Not impressed. They didn't even inquire for more info to get these FASTENERS in stock.

This is the place for anything related to construction. Went to most of these other stores and the are always lacking specialty tools but these guys have everything, not congested and friendly staff to help. Thanks

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are always able to help me find the a suitable replacement for which ever machine screw I am in need of.

This makes them my first pick when I am in need of screws or bolts with their large selection.

The worst place you should ever go to to fix a drill I brought the drill in because the chuck wouldn't hold the bit in and they gave it back to me in a hundred little pieces and on the quote they quoted me for a power cord and some oil and some grease and for some in-house items without listing the deyails. the actual parts that needed to be replaced was about $30 and they want $360 now I'm stuck with a bunch of pieces in a bag. Why did they take the entire thing apart every single piece was off the drill when all I needed was the end Chuck fixed. looks to me that they putting me in a situation where I'm stuck and have to agree to their pricing I can probably not get anyone to work on this drill now she says for liability reason they can't put it back together however if I pay 30 minutes of labor they will put it back together what kind of lie is that, never bring your tools for repairs in this place you will regret it. They even cut a wire.
