Olivia Messina has been an outstanding Physiotherapist for me as I recover from a torn meniscus. Her professionalism is so reassuring and her skills produce results. I am happy to say my knee feels so much stronger with the treatment and advice she has given me.. Her guidance has helped me so much. Her professionalism with her Student, Erin, is also admirable as Erin is able to help me also in a professional manner under Olivia's supervision. I would recommend Olivia to anyone seeking a physiotherapist you can rely on.!

I highly recommend Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sport Clinic (Kanata Lakes). Recently, I developed knee issues, which made it difficult to do normal activities like walking and sitting.

At the clinic, I worked with two physiotherapists, Reema and Nick, and they were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I benefited from their extensive knowledge of physio techniques and the range of exercises they introduced to strengthen my knee.

Gradually after a few sessions at the clinic, I have been able to get back to the activities I love to do. I am very grateful to the staff at the clinic.

I started seeing Merrill Pappin earlier this year, in Kanata, post surgery for a torn rotator cuff (and broken collar bone). Through Merrill's treatments, I have progressed very well and I am on my way to a full recovery. She not only 'knows her stuff' but also demonstrates a genuine care. She is very thorough and good at explaining the exercises needed to get back to normal and regain mobility. I would highly recommend her. Its also important to note that the clinic in general is staffed with very good people - therapists and admin (I watch during my sessions). Friendly, enthusiastic and professional is how I would describe them. 5 stars for sure.

Merrill was extremely knowledgeable and helped me regain shoulder strength so that I could get back to working out and everyday activity pain-free. She used multiple techniques and gave movements to perform at home to increase strength. I had been to multiple other physio locations before this with no success.

I went to the Kanata Lakes branch of the Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sports Clinics after having severe neck and arm pain that was not being managed by either painkillers or standard massage. Merrill was able to see me right away, and she was able to correctly diagnose the cause of the pain as well as provide instruction on the physiotherapy exercise activities to resolve my condition. I saw improvement with each session, and Merrill was great at confirming my progress and modifying my exercises as required. I would highly recommend Merrill and the Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sports Clinics to whoever is having muscle pain or discomfort.
