Twice the time my appointment was not done right. First time I had asked to get appointment with my family doctor and instead booked me with another walk in doctor without clarifying it to me and I got to know of it only on reaching the clinic. I am not local and have to travel 30 min to be there. To see any walk in doctor I could have just gone to my local area clinic.
Second time my appointment was booked for 12:40 but I was told it’s booked for 12:00. Again ended up wasting my time and messed up my other office meetings.
On top of that there is one receptionist who needs to dig into other people lives and must have all the irrelevant details that is none of her concerns like where I am currently living, and where I lived in past , why I moved far, how I am living my life and today again asked where my work shift is? And assuming oh I might have to leave for 3:00pm work shift and that’s why I am hurrying up to get doctor apptmt as the doctor was delayed in seeing my father. She is simply annoying. She needs to understand that asking irrelevant and personal questions from others is not considered good manners.

I’ve always had a very good experience with them. The nurses at the front desk have always been nice and courteous. I usually call ahead to book an appointment. I’ve also had to walk-in a couple of times and I have received the best attention/treatment, and I really appreciate that as it seems to be something that’s lacking these days in some hospitals/clinics in Ontario.
It has happened that I’ve had to wait for close to 30-45mins past my appointment time to see my doctor but I understand that as the doctors actually listen (and not just breeze in, breeze out like some people complain about most other clinics), I know that it might cause a little more time spent with patients and I am not mad about it ☺️

When I went to the clinic today, the waiting room was full. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I said no. She said no problem. I saw the doctor within a very reasonable amount of time and got my prescription within 10 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this healthcare facility.

I had a fantastic experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly despite the busy day. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the medical professionals were thorough and compassionate. I appreciated how they took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of quick and quality medical care!
Special thanks to Rebecca for always being so nice. It is my one of many visits here and she is very welcoming all the time. I do see this place gets busy. But when I see Rebecca is there, I feel happy. Thanks for being so nice when, at times, we’re going through tough times in life.

My mother called the clinic today Saturday before driving to this walk-in clinic to make sure she could be seen by Dr. Rasha Alani. The receptionist told her that she could come as a walk in, but declined to book her an appointment because the doctor takes only walk-in on Saturdays and Sundays. My mom reiterated that we would come from far and she reassured her a spot of she could come before 1pm. We were stocked to be denied seeing the doctor because the doctor takes only her patients on Saturday. We reminded the receptionist that we called before coming and she never mentioned if we were her patients. She argued that we should have mentioned that. We argued that it was her responsibility to ask when we called given that the first question she asked while checking in was "are you her patient? ". She refused to acknowledge that responsibility, but with more insistence, she acknowledged her responsibility but still did not let us in. She lied and claimed that the doctor has appointments all day given that Saturday is walk-in, and she refused to book us an appointment. We insisted to see a supervisor, so she offered to speak with the doctor to see if she could let us in. We waited for a long time to see a response, but realized that she might have ignored us. We believed she would not cooperate and left the clinic in despair.

Honestly there is a lady at the front desk who so rude, she greets you as if she’s doing you a favour - has the rudest tone, it was unreal. I literally walked out because of how she spoke to me. Lady looks mid-50s, sounds like a smoker and has short hair and is Caucasian. She needs to learn proper customer service before working in a front-facing role because her behaviour was unbelievable.

They were nice enough here but I’m pretty sure this doctor has no idea what she's doing. She also didn’t listen to my needs what so ever. I even called ahead to make sure this walk-in does rapid strep tests. She told me I have laryngitis and when I asked her to do a strep test she refused. Well turns out it is strep throat (an infection that requires antibiotics and without it can lead to serious health issues). Luckily I went to another clinic that in fact confirmed that what I have is strep. This is medical negligence by the doctor at Paris medical clinic. If the doctor is reading this you should learn from it and know that what you saw was actually strep throat with someone who does not have tonsils.

I have had doctor Alani for almost 3 years. She is the best doctor ever. I have lots of physical and mental problems and she listens to all of my concerns, does what we both feel is best and is so supportive. At the end of one of my appointments she said she was proud of me for how well I’ve been pushing through these problems and how I’m advocating for myself. Almost brought me to tears. I would recommend her to everyone.
