This pharmacy provides exceptional service! The pharmacist, Pratik, is highly knowledgeable and always recommends the right medicines. The pharmacy assistants are equally helpful and courteous. If a particular medicine is not available, they promptly place an order and notify me as soon as it’s back in stock. The entire team is polite, professional, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain the details of each medication. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Paris Pharmacy is my go to. Not only because it’s convenient, but the staff are amazing. They have gone above and beyond many times. If a medication isn’t available, they have contacted other pharmacies to find it and send all of my benefit info so I don’t have to worry about it, just pick up the meds. Whenever my meds are ready, they call right away and arrange for pick up. They’ve even had to speak to my benefits company about billings. They’re great! Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. Every single staff is so helpful. Ratul and Mehnaz always very caring and responsive when ever I need help with my whole family’s medicine and my mom’s. I never have to remind them they deliver medicine right in time. I can’t remember everyone’s name but they are all very efficient and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone lives in Paris ontario.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I had been with this pharmacy since they opened but finally got fed up. It seemed like every single time I interacted with them they got something wrong; not knowing how to enter my insurance information into their system, calling to tell me I had prescriptions to pick up when I didn’t, ignoring faxes from my new pharmacy countless times. But what really put me over the edge was the unjustified ignorance I received from these people. Good luck with your business.

After visiting the Paris Medical Center, my wife opted to pick up the medication at paris pharmacy. However, the employees was quite unprofessional and bitching about my wife in front of her. They believed she was unable to understand them in their native language. I don't trust they are qualified to work in the medical field.
Sorry, I won't ever buy medicine from paris pharmacy in Paris.
