All staff in Shawnessy are very accomodating, friendly and helpful especially the Front-desk staff, Bonea. Maristella tried to contact me many times for my appointment today and very flexible with regards to my availability.
Wiseread used to be my Respiratory Therapist, was very friendly and helpful to me especially when I have questions about my CPAP machine.
I rate Peak Clinic Shawnessy full stars.

Yesterday I received my Dreamstation replacement at Peak Shawnessy and was very impressed with the speed of the changeover. I was also pleased with the friendly staff and with Maristella, with her expertise and profound knowledge. I also appreciated that she answered all my questions. Excellent service. I highly recommend this clinic.

Given a variety of symptoms, my MD prescribed for me a sleep test through Peak Medical. My experience with this company over seven years at three different locations have all been positive. When I got connected to clinician Wiseread Lam, the service level went up further. I always felt that care for me was a priority. I was able to try a number of cpap machines and masks with no hassle. Everything as much as practicable was considered to help me address my sleep apnea diagnosis. She was even able to check, on the spot, my insurance coverage. Even after moving out of province, Peak has continued to try to support me as much as they could over the distance. They even mailed to me two cushions of a discontinued product to tie me over till I found a new mask. Wiseread's response level is high, often answering my emails or taking my calls on the same day. I never felt rushed and I always felt cared for at every appointment. In addition to the care, Wiseread’s knowledge and skill level is such that I have confidence in all of her assessments and recommendations. I am very grateful for Peak and Wiseread.

This location is great. All the staff are super friendly unlike the incompetence and rudeness you will find at the Richard Way SW location.
The staff at the Shawnessey location are truly empathetic, genuinely care about their patients, this includes the front desk staff who are very friendly and greet you warmly with a smile as soon as you enter the office.
Wiseread is amazing at her job and clearly loves what she does in helping patients get a good nights sleep.
Avoid a nightmare, skip the unprofessionalism of the Richard Way location and go straight to Shawnessey Co-op, where they will treat you like a real person and not like just an appointment in the computer.
