A few years back, I purchased a kitchen faucet from Pearl. I was very pleased with it but after a major interior flood happened in my home, I decided to replace it. Pearl Canada provided one free-of-charge and shipped it out to me in no time flat. Unbelievable! This company sets a whole new standard for customer service. Theirs comes with kindness and compassion as well as great products.

We were very impressed yesterday by the customer service provided by Erica G at your Calgary office. Erica was prompt, courteous and engaged in finding the solution to our kitchen faucet, pull out sprayer leak problem. We emailed back and forth until the solution was found. Picked up the replacement part in Richmond BC and installed with great success. Thanks, so much to a Erica for a job well done.

We purchased a Pearl kitchen faucet last year. We had an issue with the sprayer. I contacted Pearl via website. Erica from Pearl responded quickly. Pearl sent us a new sprayer head at no cost. The faucet head works perfectly.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Erica from Pearl regarding a warranty claim for my dripping kitchen faucet purchased several years ago. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received from Pearl Canada. I recently had an issue with one of your products - a kitchen faucet. I reached out to the local store, who promptly provided me with what we all thought was the solution to my problem. Thank you, Richmond store!! Unfortunately, once the new cartridge was installed, the problem persisted. I reached out to the store again and they put me right through to their Head office. Erica Gray, from the warranty department, took my call. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
