I had a horrible experience at Pembina-Bison Family Medical Clinic. I went there for a general checkup, but since my health card was expired, I paid $150 by card. They told me I could get a refund once my health card was renewed and that it would take about four weeks.

After I renewed my health card, I went to the clinic in person to get my refund. The receptionist assured me the refund had already been processed. However, after waiting four weeks and calling to follow up, I was shocked to find out that the accounts team didn’t even know about my refund request. The staff never followed through or communicated properly, which left me frustrated and disappointed.

This level of poor service and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I hope the clinic improves their administrative process so no one else has to go through this.

I have visited this clinic several times and have always had a good experience. The front desk staff is friendly and very efficient. They work very hard as this can be a busy clinic. I was seen by Dr.Cyr who was very pleasant and extremely professional. She knew exactly what my issue was and provided a solution. I would recommend this clinic.

I did my immigration medical with clinic as only this clinic was available for appointment that time on july 17 2025, and this was only requirement for my immigration file. This clinic have the result ready after 2 weeks of the test but didnt submit the results until today september 18, 2025. They did submit only after i call them and ask them to submit because it delaying my file. Such an irresponsible clinic and doctor that they are understanding that these file or sny medical file can be important to submit and it can affect anyone's future. Such a horrible clinic. The doctor who didnot submit the request was Timothy ross such an irresponsible professional you are.

If I could minus 5 stars, I definitely would! I came there today, to speak with a doctor, but despite their "signs" (which say they're open till 7 or 8, they're closed by 0545 pm!) That's Outrageous. I'll look for a good clinic now where I live. And I'll make all effort not to go here ever again!

Nobody is really taking care of your case there even though you go there in person. What they are quite good at is just telling you they will call back, however they never do that. This time I understand why they have such a low score and they are lying and lying again. The doctors are good there.

I'm not sure anyone knows what they are doing. To start with my prescription was faxed to the wrong pharmacy. I left three messages and no one returned my call. I spent an entire day trying to straighten this out. I do have to say the young man who answered the phone was helpful. Their staff needs way more training. Even though the doctor was very nice I would never go back there.

This medical clinic is absolutely horrible!! No one answers phones. Also, I am wanting to transfer my file to a new doctor and in order to do so I had to go to their office and pay $50. I did that on July 22, 2025. Called my new doctor today to see if they have my file from my old doctor and they have nothing. So it was never completed even after I paid. Absolutely horrible service, do not recommend at all! Stay away.

Trying to get in touch with Bison Medical Clinic has been a nightmare. They never answer the phone and don’t return voicemails, no matter how many times you try. The customer service is terrible, and booking an appointment here feels nearly impossible. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing, patients deserve better communication and support.
