Arpit was amazing. We went for a travel consultation, he was very knowledgeable and kind. My kids are very nervous with needles and he was very patient with them. He talked to them about what we needed and why. He did an excellent job administering the vaccinations for my whole family. I would highly recommend him for all your family travel vaccination and all other pharmacy needs.

I have been using this pharmacy for over a year. The pharmacy staff are always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If they know you are waiting for your prescription they will do their best to fill it as soon as possible so you’re not left waiting. My visit today was very quick. I dropped a new prescription off expecting to have to wait. My prescription was filled within 5 minutes and I was on my way. If you are looking for a pharmacy that will treat you like a human and not a number I would recommend Penhold IDA.

I recommend this pharmacy highly! The whole staff are so helpful and the pharmacy staff is exceptionally helpful, educated and goes above and beyond to assist you with every need. Quite impressed with the care and service I have been provided here. Definitely will be doing all my pharmacy and family health care needs in this location. Best I have ever experienced.

We’ve had an awesome experience with Arpit getting us lined up with travel vaccinations. He took the time to get all of our travel details and look into what we’d need for the areas plus others that are good to have or missing boosters. All of the staff are fantastic. The entire team went above and beyond for me on many occasions. They are extremely fast and efficient, while always being perfectly accurate, and genuinely kind, and caring. If I hadn’t needed to relocate too far to commute, just for regular medication refills, I would have never changed my pharmacy. I, truly, can’t say enough good things about them; they will treat you like a friend from the moment you walk in.

Very knowledgeable and care about my allergies, every time I have a new medication they check in advance that there won't be any issues. I also have been coming in for weekly injections and they have always been professional and are also genuinely interested in my bloodwork/health/results of the injections to make sure they are working properly. I have never had a bad interaction with any of th new staff, they are always friendly and inviting, making it my favorite pharmacy to deal with. Highly recommend.

The owners/pharmacists are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and always take the time to make sure I know what I'm taking and that it won' tinteract with my other medication.
