I have been coming to Clark's for years and have never had a problem. The staff is friendly, funny, helpful and very knowledgeable. If there is an issue, they are quick to fix it if it is something they can fix. That includes them calling the doctor, nurse, etc., on your behalf, to try and get a positive outcome. They answer your questions and will explain things so you feel comfortable. I can not say enough nice things about this place.

I had such a great time here…as a new immigrant just coming to Simcoe, I’m a bit anxious about going to new places, I got here and met the pharmacist sheereen and I’m in awe of her professionalism and grace. Thank you so much…you made an already great day THAT much better.

It wasn't busy when I entered the pharmacy today, so I was attended to immediately. I was there for a Moderna shot and I bought a few items. I was treated extremely kindly and respectfully. I will return.
