I always have an outstanding experience with Davey Drug Mart. It's clear the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, they go above and beyond in a small town with an overwhelmed Medical Clinic. I went to the pharmacy to get my 5 year old a strep throat test done, I was treated very poorly, attitude was totally inappropriate. Without being tested I was told my son didn't have strep throat but I still insisted I wanted him tested to ease my mind, I will pay the price to get it done, and it came back positive. The pharmacist who tested couldn't even tell me herself it was positive and had someone else tell me, she knew how rude she was to me. And to top it off the antibiotics were thrown in the bag and they didn't even tell me what it was, how much to give, how often. Very unprofessional how I was treated.

Just my 8 yr old experienced racism at its finest with cashier Matt at Davey Drug Mart in Bonnyville, Ab. All he was doing was touching a price tag accidently took it off and tried putting it back on till he was told to stop so I said to my sons we would go shop elsewhere for camping gear, before that we were being watched on both sides of the isle(that should be on camera), I waited for my son to go out the door and said "wow!" then he goes "bye don't ever come back!" "Then I said don't worry racist!" While he continued to keep saying to never go back there
We walked out and I had this anger in me that didn't feel right so I took my son back to apologize for touching the tag he touched, Matt says "why are you still here?" I told the guy I've had experiences like this before but dealt with it. Me and my son apologize and I ask the guy to apologize for traumatizing my sons time there but instead says "thank you buddy but I don't have to apologize saying he doesn't think he has to apologize" so we left and angelo says "mom why is he so mad over that lil tag?" I said "I don't think it has anything to do with the tag" he then had an anxiety attack at another store and I took a pic once my phone was charged enough to make call. Matt shame on you being an adult and behaving more like a child than my 8yr old, I will be making this known

Great layout of store, great stock, super selection although it is fairly pricey. I bought my girlfriend a onesie (great quality) and next thing I know my picture is all over Facebook, apparently I dropped a 20$ bill and the staff HUNTED me down to return the money!! I'm very, very happy with the cleanliness, staff and service here!

Take your prescription and go somewhere else.Most of these pharmacists are racists/controlling and deliberately tried to withhold my prescription for an extra 5 days, when it was due.been going on for years,finally going somewhere else. shouldve did this long ago.
