The staff here have always been amazing and incredibly friendly. We have nothing but the best to say about the customer experience when at this pharmacy. However, my fiancé has come by by 9:30 - 9:45 AM on a few occasions and the pharmacy has been closed still. We would just like more consistent opening times.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. My partner and I have used this pharmacy for 2 years now and every time we’re treated as if the staff has known us for much longer. Always checking in on how we’re doing and feeling, and always being available to answer questions. They’ve even followed up with our doctor on our behalf for prescription refills when we’ve had trouble getting a hold of our doctor. No matter what staff/pharmacist is working it’s always the same great experience!

I will not be using there service for my prescription needs again. Instead of offering me good customer service I’ve been hung up on and ignored too many times. Very ignorant.
I have construction on my street so there is no vehicle access (you can walk on the sidewalk to my home which is 3 homes down) I’m home with a toddler and newborn by myself, and it’s not easy for my to come and go. Which is why I would use there free delivery service, which they offer.
They have refused to deliver because there was “no parking” which is not true. You have to park at the end of the street and walk the couple doors down. (Super inconvenient I’m aware…)
He then couldn’t because his child was in the car, which I understand as well but your offering a service, follow through..
don’t offer a service you can’t provide, very unprofessional.
Do yourself a favour and shop your prescription needs elsewhere.

Do yourself a favour and get your prescriptions filled here. The lady who runs this Pharmasave is always happy and in a great mood! Any prescription I have taken there has always been filled promptly and she always gives me the rundown on how it should be taken.... not too mention the follow-up if she hasn't heard from you in awhile. She takes pride in her store/work and it shows! Highly recommend over both Rexall and Shoppers in town!
