Cannot say enough good things about the pharmacists and staff here. We're newcomers and not only were they super helpful in dealing with our extremely flaky and unhelpful primary care provider, but they have shown more care and respect around using my husband's correct name and pronouns than literally anyone else since we've moved--including medical providers! I'm so grateful for their kindness and professionalism, they've made at least this one aspect of our move so much easier and more welcoming.

The owner/pharmacist Ryan and his whole staff provide exceptional service. They truly take the time to get to know customers. They're always quick to fill prescriptions for me and my family, to fax our doctor's for rebuild when needed, and to answer questions and provide knowledgeable advice.

When my doctor had prescribed a new medication while Ryan knew that I was still breastfeeding, he was quick to look up the medication in a couple different manuals to make sure it would be safe, and was prepared to call my doctor for an alternative if necessary.

I switched to this Pharmasave from Shoppers with the hope that at the bare minimum they could at least fill my prescription without me having to walk in to ask for it 2 days after requesting it online (which Shoppers could never seem to do). From day one this pharmacy has exceeded my expectations by far! I ended up convincing my partner to switch pharmacies to this one too.

My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner, they have made accommodations for me when my doctor was slow to get back with a refill, and they have always gone out of their way to make sure I am paying the best price they can possibly give me for my medication. Most days I am also greeted by my name when I walk in, which is a small thing but a type of courtesy that I have never experienced from a pharmacy before. There is a reason this pharmacy has no bad reviews 🙂

Great service in store. However, I am always waiting too long for my refills (3-4 days) and don’t receive a call, nor does the app update when the order is ready which is very frustrating

A pharmacy containing employees with perfected interpersonal skills. A quickly-developed trusting relationship was established within days. After attempting to return to a “Shoppers” due to vehicle accessibility difficulties, I quickly resent the prescription back to Respect Rx without any care of the distance. I’ve never looked forward to visiting a pharmacy prior to discovering this one.

In one voicemail message, I've got more kindness here than every other pharmacy I've been to.

I have to say that after reading reviews and being with Shoppers/bigger name pharmacies for so long, you really come to expect 'okay' service. Ryan just left the most empathetic introductory voicemail on my phone and it's already been an incredible experience to have transferred my prescription over.

If you're having thoughts, the form is super easy to use and you will not be disappointed.

The owner and staff of this pharmacy are the absolute, most amazing, caring staff I have ever experienced in a pharmacy.

I have suffered from chronic pain for eight years and between two cities and experiences at almost a dozen different pharmacies, I was so used to be treated like I was sub human that when I left this pharmacy I actually cried in my car. To every pharmacy except one in my old city, I was looked at and treated as a pariah, a burden on society or another drug seeker, regardless of how my medical condition is clearly documented in my file or how many other meds I have to take simply to get out of bed.

This pharmacy treats you like a person, a human who matters and not only needs but deserves compassionate care and treatment. They are kind, informative and helpful. I will drive the 20 minutes there, past thirty other pharmacies just to go here and be treated like I matter - because I DO, all of us do!

Serious kudos to the environment created by the owner and team who work there every day and make a difference in so many ways to so many people. Thank you all.
