Convenient location, professional service

I have been a patient with Krishna Patel for a few sessions now, and I’m very impressed with her service. She’s patient and considerate, super easy to communicate with, and very nice!

They offer a whole range of services, from traditional physio therapy to cupping, even smoking cessation therapy, all done on site with qualified professionals.

The venue is tastefully decorated and also functional. It’s next to the Terry Fox and March Rd. Park and Ride, so very convenient, even for people who don’t normally drive.

One thing that really stands out is that this business also provides automatic filing with the insurance company, so you only pay what’s not covered by your private insurance plan.

Patients will get a text message reminder one day and 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, I find this feature very helpful too!

I had never been to a physio therapist before and frankly I was nervous because of the pain I was in, but Danny at the desk gave me great support and advice so I booked my first appointment. Krishna was the physiotherapist that I saw and she was so professional and kind. She was very knowledgeable about everything. I was so impressed I cried tears of relief. Can't wait for my next appointment.

I attended five sessions at this clinic, and each time, I saw the physiotherapist for only about five minutes. The remainder of the session was spent with assistants applying treatments like TENS machines, which are inexpensive and readily available online. During my third session, I was informed that I would be given exercises for home use in the next session, which was puzzling as there seemed to be no reason they couldn’t provide them at that moment. This left me questioning whether the delay was for financial reasons.

Additionally, the clinic prominently displays a stand encouraging patients to leave a Google review, which felt unprofessional and pressured. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

The staff are all kind; they provide excellent service, making sure the needs of the patients are fully addressed. There is no waiting at the reception, and they admit patients quickly.
