I went to physioexperts for a knee injury after being redirected by a physician at the hospital. To be honest, I chose this physio practice because it was closest to my home, but I was very fortunate to have had such a great experience here. I didn't expect much from physiotherapy, but all I can say is wow. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff here is highly knowledgeable and experienced and truly cares about their practice and patients. They made it very easy to connect on a human level. It was an enjoyable experience whenever I stepped in the building.

As for the effectiveness... it worked, for me. I was up and back to my regular activities in a short amount of time. Shorter than I anticipated. They direct bill with insurance which is great and their scheduling is usually quite accommodating.

I had shoulder pain for months, went by just with anti inflammatory medication trying to make it through the day. I finally went to see the team at PhysioExperts in Kanata , they were professional, they set realistic goals, their expertise manifested itself through my sessions until I am now pain free .
I would recommend their services 100% knowing you would be assisted throughout your journey to recovery

This is the worst physiotherapy I've ever seen. I booked an appointment for 7AM with Parveen Kumar and I got the confirmation email 24 hours before the appointment. they didn't show up and I waited for more than half an hour, they called me and mentioned that the business hours is start at 10AM which was basically 7AM to 8PM as they had a sign front of door too!.
That doesn't make scene that everyone gave them 5star review, that probably the good reviews are belong to their friends and family!!! otherwise this is the worst customer care that I had a confirmation for my booking and there is no one shows up!
DO NOT TRUSET THESE PEOPLE!!!
They don't even know how to support their customers!

Excellent physiotherapist. Knowledgeable, skilled, attentionate. Staff is courteous. Therapy uses numerous methods including warmth, massage, electrotherapy, cupping, ultrasounds, ice... Highly recommend.
