Received a gift from wag jag for a facial and full body massage. It was my first experience and Jana was the esthetician that worked with me. It was an amazing experience and very relaxing. She was professional, kind, & informative. She knew what she was doing and I would definitely go back and reccomend her.

Never go there, they are not professional, they will foam cast your foot and send it else where to make it. its scam. They don't have nothing in-house, they are kind of middle man. And this foam cast insole are not reliable and you will make it by online and even no need to go there. You make the impression of your foot at home & mail it in & they mail your orthotic to you. So be careful..........

Service was terrible, receptionist was not friendly and did not have good manners. When I called and went into the office, she didnt even take the effort to greet me, I felt very unwelcomed. The package from Groupon says $20 towards $200 orthotics. 2 pairs is $450 including examination. After you use the groupond you have to pay the difference of $250. but they trick you because the exam isn't covered by work insurance so they force you to pay extra to get a prescription from a doctor. They tell you it's 2-3 weeks and she'll call or email you but I waited for 3 weeks and no response until I called. I was told it wasn't ready and that a call was going to be made to the "lab" then I got another call back that it was "ready" if it was ready to begin with, why didn't I receive a phone call or email? Instead I had to put effort to follow up. When I went to pick up the orthotics, i felt as if I was scammed, nothing felt right about how the process worked. I also originally asked for a receipt so I can claim from work insurance and the lady said yes but I need to pay for the doctor exam fee of $75 (which I did) but when I picked up the orthotics, and asked for the receipt, she said she didn't have it and she couldn't give me one until the store owner came in the next day. I asked why and she said she's not able to create invoices even though she's the account manager. I found that very skeptical. I would much rather spend the extra money and go somewhere else with better service and feel confident I'm getting something that's worth my money. This whole experience was terrible. Lesson learned.
