Absolutely awesome experience dealing with Steven from PowerCoat. The products shipped extremely fast and arrived overnight. Steven made himself available for questions via text and phone calls (even on the weekend) and took the time to explain each step of the process. Highly recommend this company!!!

Terry, Jim and Steven were fantastic to deal with! Product arrived quickly and was well packed. Instructions were provided and all 3 guys were always just a phone call away. Terry even answered on August Long weekend. Old time service and support!! I would highly recommend PowerCoat epoxy covering and this company.

I had a great experience with PowerCoat in St. Albert! I bought some epoxy products from them and not only was the quality top-notch, but the customer service really stood out. Terry was incredibly helpful—he took the time to answer all my questions even after the sale. I called a few times for advice on how to apply the epoxy properly, and he was always patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's rare to get that kind of support these days. We live in rural Alberta so the fact that Powercoat would not only sell us the product to do it ourselves but also lead me through the process step by step was AMAZING!
Terry is a wealth of knowledge and was at the end of the phone anytime! Even met us at the shop after hours when I decided to redo the whole floor not just touch it up!

Great customer services, high quality materials, immediate response as needed.
It started with fast delivery (materials got shipped the next day), and Terry provided timely support, he texted back and/ or answered every time I had a question.
I had placed an order though Amazon before I talked to Terry, then I canceled my order and proceeded with their materials for my garage floor. Which turned out amazing!
